been waiting over a month for someone to contact me about my new card only to get the response "you were supposed to have been contacted" when i finally went over myself. still waiting for said card because of slow system updates, after I've already told clients I would be receiving my card soon because what serious damn bank takes two months to give you your damn card
'Make it not happen' should be the slogan. Waiting 3 weeks for bank transfer, asking for the same info. several times, grumpy staff, poor communication, no follow-up. It is hard to believe one can operate on this basis and be in business
This bank is shameful. They advertise their hours of operation from 08:00 to 16:30 but from 12:00 they refuse to allow customers to conduct any transactions.
They have already made it clear they don't want their customers coming into the branches and are now solidifying this decision by limiting the hours customers can do anything in the bank.
Interestingly, they have cut their hours but not their fees.
