Finally got into the shop, a quick read of the email thread and he knew what i was looking for, was after a uniden125 XLT Initially, after asking Sam a few questions i ended up with a uniden 160dn, with upgraded antenna and a mobile antenna.

a bit complicated, but a success at the end
Being a ham operator from germany the experience with Radioworld was mixed. At first I got the feeling that my request was considered a joke or some kind of fake request. Maybe my english was not good enough, maybe because I wanted to pay with SEPA, maybe because my mail was tagged as spam. But after exchanging some mails with Sam all was fine, Radioworld gave my the billing information to pay and two day later I was informed that the parcel is on the way. After two week UPS delivered the parcel with the HyGain AV-6160 (maybe the last one?) to my home in germany and now I do have a new vertical antenna to assemble and mount. All I wanted happened without hassle, the operators at Radioworld was kind and helpful. I'm happy. Thanks to Sam and the Radioworld team. Best regards from germany / 73, Stephan, DL3STG
