The shop owner themselves was great. They allowed me to keep my baggage there nicely safely returned however I did directly email radicalstorage.com and never received a reply. I reached out to their chat support team who said they will look into it. investigate and get back to me, but I never heard back.

Easy booking at Funivia Faloria from Cortina D'Ampezzo
I was looking to leave my luggage somewhere while I was attending events at the winter olympic games in Cortina D'Ampezzo.
Everything went smooth. After booking, I received a confirmation email, QR code and the location. I left my luggage at Funivia Faloria and recovered it without any problem 2 days in a row.

Turned up at the drop off. The shop didn’t know what was going on, couldn’t speak English and told us to go away. Very poor. Will not use again

No refunds
The storage was a 25-min walk away from the terminal. Wr could not see the location until after we had made the reservation. They do not give refunds. They gave me credit for their storages (which I probably will not use now that I have this experience - I cannot risk the storage being so far away from a given location).

Total shambles in Stuttgart
Total shambles in Stuttgart. Booked storage at one site. When we turned up they claimed no knowledge of Radical. The online help then swiftly rebooked us at a place 10mins walk away. We went there and they claimed they had stopped dealing with Radical over two months ago as they hadn’t been paid in over a year. Left stranded with all our luggage. Be very wary of this company.

I had a great experience with radical storage. I booked the wrong day and they’ve been able to arrange my booking within minutes even though it was late night. The location was close to central station (8-10 walk) but there was another station closer at the back (3minutes walk) . Nice Neighbourhood. Close to places to visit. Tarif was affordable for the day. And I liked the fact that my storage location was handled by human beings rather than a locker. App intuitive and super easy to use. Great experience overall .

no 24/7 customer support as advertised and no refund information
This company claims it offers 24/7 customer support but in reality they have not responded to my emails. when you book storage the actual location and its facility is not shown until the booking is confirmed. My booking showed the storage facility to be a small family run shop in Corfu, not a secure locker storage facility I had been expecting. My booking was confirmed on my PC, payment has been taken, but have yet to receive and email confirmation. I have requested email confirmation 5 time s but yet to receive any communication. I also now wish to cancel my reservation but there is no option to cancel a reservation on the website. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION I have since managed to contact the company as i found out that the storage facility I had been allocated is not suitable to store suitcases and the company has apologized and agreed to refund me. I could have done without all the hassle this has caused us.
