Booked at a location that had been closed for months but it was my fault
Last week I was able to book storage at a cafe in Dubrovnik that had been closed since November. I immediately emailed support to let them know and request a refund. Nothing back. Since I couldn't store my backpack, I wasn't able to proceed with my day as planned and ended up heading to the airport 5 hours early. Days went by and I returned home. I followed up with my email via their Chat function and was told I needed to provide a picture of the location to prove it was closed. I was also told the email I sent 5 days ago had just been received. So no refund because I can't take a picture of the cafe that is now 5,000 miles away from me. This company should not offer storage at closed locations. And more so this company should not treat customers with the disrespect I experienced.

The company closed 6 months ago, but the website continues to accept reservations.
I reserved a luggage storage at Doha, and after I arrived in Doha, I received a message canceling my reservation. I went to the location to check what happened, but they told me that the company had closed more than 6 months ago in the building, but the website was still operating and accepting reservations, another client had the same problem when I was there. I had the hassle of finding a place to leave my luggage at the last minute, in addition to the uncertainty of getting a refund, although I did receive the money back days later. But if the company no longer operates at that location, it should have removed the information from the website, especially since I spoke to an employee on the website to correct the date and time of the reservation, as the information I wrote was correct, but when I booked, the website automatically changed the reservation to the next day (tomorrow), and at no point did the employee say that the company was no longer at the chosen location.
