DO NOT USE!!!!! Scam
Had 3 hours in Edinburgh so wanted to see the castle etc so googled luggage storage and this came up.
The gentleman in the mall explained we needed to book online before drop off, I did this and it booked it but then asked how many bags again? I put 2 and it went to Apple Pay again, I thought it was weird but maybe it hadn’t gone through.
Instead it booked in 4 bags not 4 at 2 x £13.50.
The gentleman explained he couldn’t do anything and I had to go via customer support, he scanned the QR code, took pictures on my 2 bags and explained he would put a note on the order explaining everything and took my bags into a back room.
I raised this with the 24/7 customer service at 5pm who replied the next day!
There response was that I had to raise the claim before the QR code was scanned??? Therefore they wouldn’t be doing anything!
No refund, no apology, no help just you scanned the QR code so sorry no help!
So you can only get help from the “24/7” customer service who respond the next day to inform you not to scan the QR code, I wish I could add the screen shot of there very blunt reply!
There are more luggage storage company’s so just use them instead

Very uncomplicated & friendly people
Very uncomplicated & friendly people. Minus point: the bags were stored just next to the restaurant's kitchen which left them smelling from the food.

Good place to leave luaggage for a few hours, 11am to 7pm only. Signage could be better as google maps shows wrong building door. Bags are to be left in shop

Surfers Paradise
The actual location and person there was fine. The app and booking service is misleading.
Advertised $7.90 per bag all day, but doesn’t disclose the mandatory insurance added on top (drip pricing).
It then set the pick up time only 3 hours after I dropped it off, then kept sending notifications to pay more to extend the time. All day means ALL DAY. When I contacted support they said it was fine to pick up anytime on the day within the store’s opening hours. Such a misleading money grab.
I don’t mind paying for a service but be upfront with the fee and don’t spam me trying to get more money.
Based on my experience, I won’t be using again.

They have long availablity (until late night) basically but it's better to let them know what time you may return for baggage pick-up. Good location and kind people.
