Best Luggage Storage in Brindisi
Daniella and Fabiola were lovely! Daniella gave us a warm welcome and helped us with our luggage check-in. This is a great location in a modern, quiet co-working space. The luggage is kept in a secure area that is watched at all times. We were offered water and coffee, and even found a quiet place to sit and rest while we waited for our Airbnb check-in nearby. The location entrance is a little tricky to find, and there are 10-12 steps to navigate before reaching the elevator to the fifth floor. But overall this was a great experience. Much better than the Radical Storage location at the Brindisi train station, which is where we originally booked. When we arrived at that location earlier that morning, we were told they could not accept any luggage that day due to construction on the building, even though we had a reservation. We should have booked at the City Center location from the start! Fabiola offered plenty of suggestions for great restaurants in the area as well. Would return any time, for luggage storage or co-working needs!

Excellent service. It was my first time using this service, which I found brilliant, and it also introduced me to a restaurant (the place where I left my luggage) where I had a wonderful lunch. The staff was quick and precise.

Great day storage for luggage
Was a huge help on my last day of travel. I needed to find a place to leave my luggage at until evening and fortunately found out about this. Worked great and had no problems.

Booked storage, but on arrival discovered it doesn’t open that day
My wife and I got a ferry to Sorrento, to visit for a few hours. We had 2 large cases, and the ferry port is at the bottom of a big hill, so we booked luggage storage with Radical by the port, so we wouldn’t need to carry these up the hill nor down again later when we got the next ferry.
The storage shop we booked with Radical was closed.
I used the app again and booked another place that was shown by the port, but as the app doesn’t show the address until after the booking (why?) this turned out to be the same closed place.
We then booked a 3rd place but this was at the top of a very steep hill so we had to get a cab there, and then had an enormous struggle getting the cases back down later. If the app had been accurate and we’d known there wasn’t storage by the port we would have gone somewhere else that day.
So be warned – if you book somewhere with Radical Storage there’s no guarantee that it will actually be open, and you may have to take you luggage around with you.
Don’t take the risk, try Stasher or Bounce instead.

Appalling experience
Appalling experience. Booked a storage during our trip to Martina Franca. After a steep climb to the location it turned out it is closed, and not only outside of working hours - it was closed for either renovation or forever, as you could see the materials scattered on the floor. This totally broke our plans to enjoy the city. Imagine climbing a steep hill with a 20kg suitcase and a 3 year old kid and then finding out it was all for nothing! Wouldn't recoomend this to my worst enemy!

Nowhere to be found 🙄
I booked for my bag at/close to Helsinki station. I followed the directions in Google maps, but could not find it anywhere. I walked around and around for 30 minutes, no Radical Storage to be found. Finally, after asking 10 people, shopkeepers etc., we found it... inside a restaurant! The only sign was a small sticker on the outside of the restaurant. I lost 30 minutes of the time that I had booked for storing my bag just by not finding the location. 🙄

Scam!!!!company does not exist!!!!Building was closed. No directions were given. Ended up renting a small storage unit for a month(only needed a week). Lesson learned. If it sounds too good to be true…..

This company is a scam. I booked it and traveled to the location with my bags. The location was an abandoned building. They said to call them but the number went straight to voicemail.

I had a seamless experience with Radical Sotrage. It was easy to make the booking and to find the storage venue. I also really appreciated that I was able to leave my luggage somewhere for a few hours while discovering the French city of Carcassonne.

The only criticism is the steep stairs with a sharp angle ( notToo many may be around 7 steps). For an old lady in her 60 it was quite awkward. I had to be very careful when going up and down with a large suitcase. But in general not bad at all.
