Opening my business with RadiantBiz was a smooth and genuinely positive experience. The process was efficient, and I felt well supported from start to finish.

Unfortunately, my experience with closing the business was very different.

The closure process was long, stressful, and at times felt poorly structured. What I expected to be a straightforward process turned into several months of uncertainty and back-and-forth communication.

One of the main challenges was consistency in communication. There were often long periods with no updates, followed by messages marked as urgent that required immediate action from my side. After responding, the process would sometimes go quiet again. Although weekly updates were discussed, these were not consistently provided unless I actively followed up.

I was also frequently informed that “the agency” required urgent documentation, which created pressure to act quickly. From my perspective, this contributed to a process that felt fragmented and difficult to navigate.

There were also some concerns around cost transparency. I was charged AED 5,000 for a service that I understood to be included at no additional cost, which remains a point of disagreement.

In addition, certain requirements- such as needing a company stamp- were not mentioned during the setup phase but became necessary during closure. This led to additional unexpected costs and delays. After making payments (for example, for the company stamp), I did not always receive clear confirmation or updates on progress, which made it difficult to track what was happening.

Signatures also became a significant hurdle. While this was never an issue during setup, my signatures were repeatedly rejected during closure for not matching my passport signature exactly. This eventually led to me being asked to record a video of myself signing documents by hand to verify authenticity, which felt excessive given the circumstances.

To be fair, the support agent I dealt with was always professional and courteous. However, this did not fully offset the overall experience, which I found to be stressful and lacking in clarity.

Overall,
A strong and supportive experience when opening a business, but a significantly more difficult and prolonged experience when closing one.

I would recommend that anyone considering their services takes the time to fully understand the closure process upfront, not just the setup.

I am Sadiqur Rahman, British Citizen and I incorporated my companies with RadiantBiz Dubai in 2025. At the beginning of the process, I was told that an NOC would be provided free of charge and that other services would be handled with good communication and support. Unfortunately, after about a year, when I requested the NOC due to personal circumstances, the attitude changed completely. It became clear that they were reluctant to provide the NOC unless I agreed to renew the license with them, and the charges being asked for the NOC were essentially the same as a full renewal fee.

What was especially disappointing was the lack of transparency. The quotation appeared to hold back certain charges, such as service charges and corporate tax-related charges, and despite explaining my situation clearly, my concerns were not taken seriously. Instead of trying to understand my circumstances, the focus seemed to be on how much more money could be taken before I left.

This experience has been very frustrating and upsetting. A business setup company should value honesty, transparency, and customer care, because losing one customer can mean losing many more through reputation. Sadly, this situation left me deeply disappointed, and I would advise others to be very careful and clear about all terms before proceeding with any business setup company in Dubai.
