Scam! Placed order on 21.11.24, They said the order was on its' way on 26.11.24. Order never came. I reached out and they replied on 26.12.24 saying that the order was being processed and because of a surge in orders, allow 15 working days for delivery. Reached out on 7.1.25 and they replied 2 days later saying they are having issues with delays of their couriers and can offer me a 15% refund on the delayed order. I replied on the same day accepting the 15% if they can let me know when the order will be delivered. They did not respond. I contacted on 29.7.25 asking for a full refund because I never received the order and they did not reply to that either.

this company stole over $150 from my paypal and bank accounts and i cannot get a refund

They took more money than my order was, gave 3 different delivery dates, offered $6, then $10, crying about they can't get the product back and I can't see how that's my problem.

SCAM. Never received my item. Sent multiple emails, no response and web pages no longer exist. Last time I order anything from a social media platform. Horrible company.

I actually received my order (after 2 weeks... obvious drop ship bullshit), but it's the exact same knockoff brand you can buy on Amazon for $9.99, not the "TrueTone" brand advertised that we all spent ~$30 on. Customer service was rude and unhelpful about the whole thing, and my bank won't allow me to file a dispute. Don't fall for it. Just buy "Color Correcting CC Cream,Waterproof CC Cream Foundation Rich In Centella Asiatic, Invisible Pores Cream Foundation and Invisible Pores Concealer,Moisturizing CC Cream With Spf 25" on Amazon and be done with the whole thing. The product is fine, but that's beside the point.

Placed an order in November and still haven’t received it. They said it’s delayed but stopped responding to emails, DM’s, and blocked me on IG instead. These people are pathetic.

Do not purchase if you have darker skin. Leaves a white cast, quite thick and cakey. Does not accept returns.

SCAM. I ordered on 29th November and have still not received anything and it’s now been almost two months. The tracking never updates it has been ‘processing’ since December 1st. I emailed to which I had a response saying that the delay was due to the busy holiday period. I’ve since emailed again asking for a refund, and are now being ignored. Avoid this ‘company’!!

It is a scam. You won't get a refund from these scammers.

Just another scam dropshipping company that doesn’t actually ship anything , placed my order on December 1st and it’s now Christmas, it’s hasn’t even shipped yet. Ima keep getting on they a** till they just refund me fr. Hella ghetto. I’ll consider deleting my bad review if they refund me quick

ZERO STARS! SCAM ALERT! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They take your money with a false promise of a product in return, but they never send out the product. They figure if it’s less than $30 no one will go after them or care to pursue. Vile disgusting scumbags who steal from poor people.

I too have NEVER received my order. Contacted them several times as well. I wish this false company would be removed!
