Great product!
Have owned for 3 weeks.
Seems like to be a active product/community so I am expecting to get updates and new features in the future. It is a bit on the expensive side, but I have no other products to compare with, so I can't say how it compares to other products price-wise.

I have had a lot of interesting insights already, including detecting Radon in my parents house!!

ordering was easy and shipment swift but then i was hit with 47$ duties and tax fee from the Fedex. this company is not having a transparent explanation for all fees on their website - be aware.

A perfect device to have with you when you're exploring abandoned places - especially mines.

Firstly I really appreciate device itself (110 model) and free software. There are more expensive devices, hence not usable due software. In opposite radiocode software easy to start and very intuitive.
Device is extremely sensitive, I would say, most sensitive I have before.
It is really great job to create such balanced and friendly device (this is not only my opinion, but also from professional, who use high end devices).
Very positive factor, shipment arrived just in time, therefore, airports have a delays due some drones observed. So my thanks to logistics team also!

Surprise! Customs, and other fee came up to $256, about half of the price my purchase. Radiocode, is the best around so that takes some if the sting out.

Awful company. They partnered with Trustpilot, which is using data broker databases to dig up my deadname, which isn't associated with my order, shipping or payment information.

And I've been harassed with emails referring to me using a name that brings a lot of pain and that's very disrespectful. I would not recommend this company due to the disrespect they show people leveraging discrimatory software systems.

Highly professional business providing an extraordinary product that is genuinely fascinating to use, well designed, very well made and supported by one of the best apps I have ever used.
