1 year using hosting and vps. No performance and uptime issues. The best user support team

I switched to RackNerd because I had a lot of issues with my old provider. I have a web hosting plan with RackNerd that I use for my small projects, so I don't need absolute power and speed. However, since I moved everything, I immediately noticed that my sites had much faster responsiveness compared to the other hosting. The support is friendly and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely recommend it.

I recently subscribed to a VPS yearly plan and got an email from Racknerd with the log in details to my server (that I immediately changed) and the log in details (username and password) for the SolusVM server Control Panel that I cannot change! Yes, you get the credentials by email and you are not allowed to change them. This is bad for my server security. Weird.

As a newcomer to hosting, I have been extremely grateful for the assistance, support, and advice that I have received from the RackNerd Support team over the past year. Regardless of how challenging my concerns and queries have been, they have always managed to provide me with some form of solution. Racknerd had a great offer for a small VPS for a tiny yearly price, and I decided to give it a try. I am truly amazed at how much you can get, in terms of functionality and support, for such a low price. Despite being in the Black Friday season, support replied within minutes, including allowing me to install a custom NetBSD ISO on my VPS. I can recommend Racknerd for a low-budget high-quality VPS, including top, human, support.

I’m currently in school for DevOps and let me tell you, RackNerd has been a game-changer for my learning experience. Their VPS solutions are incredibly cost-effective and the performance is top-notch. Their VPS servers are always up and running smoothly, which is perfect for experimenting with containers and orchestration tools.

RackNerd’s service is so reliable…that even my professor decided to get one for himself. Now, he’s utilizing it into our coursework, using it as a real-world example for advanced DevOps practices.

Personally I’ve been particularly engrossed in some Docker-based projects lately, and the VPS from RackNerd has been instrumental in this. I’ve successfully set up multiple Docker containers to run microservices, even managing to integrate a CI/CD pipeline for seamless deployments. set up auto-renewal payment without user concern when renewing a product, refused to refund, during the service I was also being provided with bad quality IP that was banned from some countries, when comes to hardware failure they provided zero support to migrate. control panel doesn't come with a firewall configuration. cancellation will terminated immediately even if you select only when expires. Avoid this sh/t company!

I’ve been a customer with various hosting providers over the years, ranging from big names like DigitalOcean and Vultr to smaller ones you’ve probably never heard of. I stumbled upon RackNerd about 6 months ago, and I’ve got to say, they’ve been a game-changer for me.

Cost-wise, RackNerd is simply unbeatable. I was pleasantly surprised to find their pricing much more budget-friendly compared to the other options I was exploring, especially considering the high level of performance and reliability they offer. We’re talking DigitalOcean type of quality but at a fraction of the cost (maybe even a bit better as RackNerd’s support is faster).

that said, it’s not just the cost that’s impressed me. The customer support has been top-notch. I’ve had a few technical questions and minor issues, and each time their team was quick, professional, and went the extra mile to get things sorted. Their detailed and customer-focused approach made me feel valued, something I didn’t always feel with other providers.

And just when I thought it couldn’t get better, RackNerd expanded to France! This was perfect timing for me as I’ve been looking to move my European VPS’s. I’ve now transitioned all my NA instances and my final European VPSs from DigitalOcean over to RackNerd. The performance has been just as good!

As of today I now have 30 instances with them in the U.S., and a couple more in Europe, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. If you’re in the market for reliable, cost-effective VM provider, I’d seriously consider giving RackNerd a look.

I heard about RackNerd via a blog post on LowEndBox and got a VPS shortly after seeing their prices for a side project I have been wanting to do. On a 20 point scale, I give RackNerd a 19. On a 5-star scale, that technically works out to 4.8/5, but with no granular options on here, I decided to round that up to 5 stars. The details are as follows:

Prices = 5/5 (RackNerd is literally offering me better hardware specs for 70% less money than what OVH is billing me)

Support = 5/5 (I had 2 tickets within the first couple hours, both answered literally minutes after submitting, one personally by the CEO!)

Features = 5/5 (KVM means full Docker support, root access on servers, dedicated IPv4, a 1gbps port, and even a solus management panel - all included with the VPS at no extra charge. The number of server locations is way better than any other low-cost VPS providers I've ever seen, too.)

Payment methods = 4/5 (Name another VPS provider that takes BTC, wire transfers, Zelle, paypal, credit card? Plus apparently Chinese, Brazilian, and Indian payment methods. The only room for improvement here IMO would be accepting Monero, but that's just me being picky.)

RackNerd is srsly the real deal! Super fast servers, this is the web hosting version of a supercar. Give 'em a try, you won't regret it.

They have the fastest turnaround I have ever experienced. Seriously, I would email support and it is as quick as texting. EVERY TIME I needed help. I had worked with a competitor and it was like watching paint dry. It took forever.
This response is so incredible. They are super helpful with a novice like me and so friendly and nice. TOTAL 5 out of 5 ....tip another star if I could.

Dustin, the owner of racknerd, is very friendly and helpful. He's willing to go above and beyond for each and every customer, even though the profit margin probably won't outweigh the time he'll spend. Commendable.

So far we've bought two VPS from them and the experience with it was good. There were occasional network slowdowns, but considering the pricing we're OK with it and the issues didn't last long. And those issues didn't affect our websites severely. Their customer support through tickets is fast and give attentive replies. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cheap and affordable VPS.

Everything works like a charm - can only recomment them.

I’ve been with RackNerd about 3 years. I know them because they were voted as the top #1 VPS Provider on LowEndTalk forum. RackNerd provide quality services and affordable prices. And I'm really impressed with RackNerd's support.

It's cheap.
And LA-DC02 datacenter is fast from China.

I will suggest to don't use them. My invoice due date is 13th Aug & then suspend it on 14th August and i didn't noticed. [ all companies provide 7 days to make payment before Suspension ] , i saw that so decided to not use them and change the PROVIDER. I have requested them for backup they said we can't. Please Make payment. They are just forcing their clients for payments its really cheap idea. If I don't get my backup i will take legal step against you for sure.
