I am managing VPSes for almost 3 years now, and I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience with RackNerd's VPS hosting. I've been consistently impressed with their stability and ease of management.

This company is absolute trash! They literally took my servers offline and distributed my business because of false claims of a competitor! I have no way to get my data or backups off my servers. If you care about your business at all avoid this company like the plague! They can disrupt your service whenever they feel like, if your a startup like I am this can kill your company and business

Follow-up to the comments below:
The accusations are a fabrication. I have responded to multiple emails and received multiple responses that documented the evidence and investigations I provided were satisfactory, and that the "abuse claims would be closed." A few hours later, after sending these email responses to me, you abruptly terminated my service, disrupting my business and impacting my customers. My service is still down. This should serve as a warning to all people considering your service. You do not have the right to terminate or impact people's businesses, much like a landlord cannot change the keys on a brick-and-mortar business. There should have been protocols to follow; there should have been an investigation period. There should have been a notice of "You have 24 hours to vacate our service, back up your data, or it will be inaccessible." You guys had no such procedures. You guys sent "abuse claim" emails. I responded to them. You replied to them and stated you guys were satisfied and closed the case. Now my business is down, my SEO and ranking are impacted. There is irrevocable damage, and there will be legal ramifications for this.

this is the most awesome service for a vps I ever encountered, I love the "set and forget" type of setting, my webpage is my storefront and I spend little to no time on it, but as a faithful cat (cat person here) its always there when I check or brag about with my colleagues and friends, its also a great way to impress prospective customers.

There have not been any issues that required support.

I did have a few questions and needed reverse DNS set one time. In both of those cases the response was much quicker than I expected. Far faster than some experiences at other hosting companies.

We have been with RackNerd since early 2020 and have had a pleasant experience with them. Can count on one hand the issues we have had, and all were minor.

Support is fast and no canned responses, you get real assistance.

If you need a host you can count on, RackNerd is it.

Awesome support! My experience with Racknerd after using 2 months is impressive. Hosting ping is the same as Hetzner even with a cheap BlackFriday offer package! Hosting performance is up to the mark.

I'll buy another server from "PREMIUM RYZEN NVME VPS" because I'm planning to migrate my websites there. This indicates my satisfaction with RackNerd hosting.

I have had a great experience with Racknerd. Their support is very good and really helpful. It's not live chat but they answer their tickets really quickly no matter what time day or night.
I've just had them help move me to a different location for faster speeds and they went above and beyond to help me get it sorted.

Solid hosting and support.

They offer some of the cheapest options in the market, but the performance isn't that great. I bought a cheap VPS (Powered by Ryzen 7950X) and compared it with Vultr (same specs). The response of the hosted application is so slow on Racknerd. I used Docker so, there weren't configuration any issues. Maybe over sold IDK.
Then, I installed WireGurd on it. The download speed was 4-7mbps 🫣 I will give it another go with a fresh installation for good measure.

This is my 2nd year using RackNerd now. So far they have been great! Dustin, the owner, and is amazing and if you need assistance with anything advanced, he is always more then happy to help! Their support always gets back to me within minutes. They have tons of giveaways, and great promos too! I have a handful of servers from them because of all the holiday deals. Works perfect for my needs.

Their server never goes off, support is quick to answer, I sometimes wonder how they manage such a great pool of clients.

The supplier gave me a very good experience, with stable VPS servers, fast and professional Ticket response.
