We informed the customer before taking payment that the brand new 1.5m racking beams had to specifically manufactured by the manufacturers which is a process that takes 4 weeks and then they need to be delivered to us, checked and signed off for delivery to customer. Regardless of how many times you constantly ring we can not speed up this process. In the end the beams were delivered to the customer and there were no complaints regarding the quality of our product.

Great Service - highly recommended
We needed so racking for our new bakery. Bash showed us a range of options and we chose a mix of 2nd hand and new racking. All were delivered on time and whilst there were a couple of size issues when we assembled them, these were rectified quickly and efficiently. We were very impressed with the service.
