Huge thanks to Racking Expert! Just kitted out my tyre shop with brand-new shelving. The quality of the racks is top-notch—very strong, sturdy, and perfect for holding heavy stock securely. Great customer service from start to finish.

This is a very helpful company who went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed at a competitive price and a next day delivery which helped me out massively thank you

Honestly so helpful. The owner is really helpful and even responded out of hours. Really knowledgeable and helpful

At first, I was honestly unsure and a bit confused, as I had been looking at several different racking suppliers. In the end, I decided to visit Racking Experts, and I’m really glad I did.

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed. The warehouse was extremely well organised, and the gentleman I dealt with was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. They had a great range of both new and used shelving, all in excellent condition. After seeing the quality in person, I decided to go with the new option.

I also have to say this was very much my fault, I left the job until the last minute. It was a large order for our warehouse, and I only gave them two days for delivery. Despite this, they went above and beyond and managed to deliver the very next day, even earlier than the agreed date.

Fantastic service, great quality products, and a team that genuinely cares about helping their customers. I would definitely recommend visiting them if you’re confused or unsure about anything, seeing it in person really makes the difference.

I came across the racking experts by chance really and I am so glad I found them.
I was planning a workshop and initially was trying to plan the area myself.
After speaking to Hussain, he was able to tell me exactly what would fit and the options to customise end pieces , to make a bench.
Everything was planned and the price was really reasonable.

The aftercare support has also been great allowing me to exchange some lengths when I changed the layout.

The company and Hussains customer service easily makes this a a top scoring business.

I recently purchased chipboard from Racking Experts, and I am genuinely impressed by their outstanding customer service from start to finish.

The team was incredibly fast with the quotation—I received a quick, competitive quote that helped me move forward without delay. What truly sets them apart is their dedication to customer support, even after hours. Getting the best support and advice outside of typical business times was so helpful and allowed me to finalize my order smoothly.

They were also very, very helpful in arranging the delivery. Everything was coordinated efficiently, and the delivery process was seamless and on time.

Excellent product quality combined with exceptional support and hassle-free logistics. Racking Experts exceeded all expectations. Highly recommend!

5-Star Review for Racking Experts – Mezzanine Floor Installation

I recently hired Racking Experts to design and install a mezzanine floor in my warehouse, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results. From the initial consultation to the final handover, their team was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.

They took the time to understand my space and requirements, offering practical suggestions that helped maximize our usable area. The installation was completed on time and with minimal disruption to our operations. The build quality is outstanding – sturdy, safe, and exactly what we needed.

What stood out most was their attention to detail and clear, consistent communication throughout the project. Every step was explained, timelines were kept, and any questions I had were answered promptly and clearly.

We were so impressed with their work that we’ve already booked them to install our pallet racking as well. I have full confidence the next project will be just as smooth and well-executed.

Highly recommend Racking Experts to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality mezzanine or racking solutions. A truly seamless experience from start to finish.

Thank you from all of us at 7EC Ltd.

These guys are the best.
The price was spot on.
The service was great.
And when the owner delivered the items to us he even gave us a hand building it as we didn't have a clue what to do!
Brilliant service.

Hussain could not have been more helpful. Even though I only wanted a couple of racking bays, he priced it quickly and advised me well. And his lads helped me load up late on a Friday

The team from Racking Experts were great to deal with. Took on the information from me and were able to offer a couple solutions for our project.
