I have to say that this beauty parlour although it has nice reviews my experience so far has certainly not been the best. First of all I had a consultation in which I was not given any more information than I already had before. Secondly I go for the microneedling treatment and it's the first time I leave the centre with a very red face and with a bit of blood but within a day all the redness goes away, so at the end was good. Also the same day at the end of the appointment I decide to book another session as they advised me to have 4-6 sessions to solve my problem perfectly. The operator tells me that by the date I wanted the appointment she has to see if she could move some clients and that she would call me on Monday to make the appointment. The operator never called me. I then contacted the centre, asked to be scheduled with the same operator on the Saturday after, perfect they sent me the link to pay the appointment, all ok. I arrive at the appointment without anyone telling me anything and another operator picks me up telling me that Cloe doesn't do that kind of treatment anymore, so she will do it for me today! I tell them that this is no way and that they should have warned me before switching from one operation to another, and that I didn't like this attitude at all. So I stayed with the appointment with the new practitioner and at the end of the treatment I have only half a slightly reddish face. I am not an expert on this treatment now, but why all this big difference between the first and the second session? Also the post-treatment indications are totally different. For such a centre I would say that the customer care is really bad and at this point I would also say the level of experience on the treatment. Very bad experience!

The person who did botox for my frown and lines in my forhead is very lovely, and her hand not too hard for injection that is very good and I love it.

Where do I start , from the moment you walk in the experience is second to none . Spotless beautifully decorated salon with amazing staff every single one of them . I have had several different treatments here by both Chloe & Rachel , both ladies so knowledgeable & absolutely lovely , nothing too much trouble . Procedures & aftercare all explained thoroughly . The results are out of this world ! I have visited several other salons & have not got anywhere near the results of this salon . I can’t recommend them highly enough , superb ! Thank you so much ladies ! I can’t wait to return & would never go anywhere else xx

Amazing results! I’ve been using different practitioner for Botox with very little results and been told I’ve developed Botox immunity (had Botox 3 times in lifetime, 1,5 years gap between appointments) so it was hard to believe I’ve developed immunity. I had important event and wanted to look my best so decided I’m going to try one last time, but by different practitioner so I went to see Rachel. Couple of days after the treatment I couldn’t believe how my face started to change. The lift is incredible, jowls, eyebrows, I still can’t believe how good can Botox work. Rachael did my chin filler in the past, jaw line , under eye treatments all with amazing results! I’ll never ever again let anyone else than Rachael touch my face . I’d give 6 stars if I could. I recommend Rachael every girl I know. Worth every penny.

I can not recommend Rachel Katie cosmetics enough!! I turned up thinking I had booked apt and I hadn’t!! The lady on reception was amazing , so helpful and they are so accommodating , managed to get me in , despite my stupidity! Amazing service , beautiful venue, great staff!! Best place to go!!! 🫶❤️
