Mr. Raanan and his wife were delayed while they were on their way to my house. He immediately sent me a text message to apologize and gave me the time they would arrive at They were punctual and within minutes they had completed the job in the most professional manner. He did not charge me for the job because he said the codes were messed up and all they did was to adjust them with the original codes and the doors all worked well. According to him they just recoded the doors, and he could not take any money for such a minor job. His wife backed him up, and their kindness made me highly emotional. Such a nice gesture from a couple like that is highly appreciated. I was blessed the day I contacted them on Nextdoor.

Raananthelocksmith saved my night! I found myself locked out in the middle of the night, and this team came to the rescue. They were incredibly responsive, answered my call immediately, and arrived much faster than expected. the locksmith was highly professional, calm and handle the situation quickly. getting locked out late at night is stressful, but their excellent service made it a painless experience. Highly recommend!

Avoid at all costs!

We told him we thought his quote was more than we wanted to pay so he proceeded to cuss out my wife and then make threats to us and our children.

He seems nice at first but if you disagree with him at all he changes to a completely different person instantly cussing and making threats over nothing.

Completely unhinged.

Raanan was amazing a proverbial ram in the thicket! We arrived at home from the airport to find our front door lock handle fall off as we tried to enter our home. Where can you find a locksmith at 430 pm on a Sunday afternoon. Raanan wasn't working but online at the thumbtack app. We actually couldn't contact him until booking an appointment which was Monday afternoon that was booked. We immediately contacted him as an emergency booking. He agreed to come an solve our situation although 40 minutes away. He arrived and fixed our door in 30 minutes with a brand new door handle. 10 stars for Raanan!
