Tried to order from /hannahsbookwallets.com- order was delayed twice, with an email stating that the order would be shippEd on March 31. Merchant won’t respond , nor refund money. Several other shop have popped up using the same or similar website and merchandise. Total rip off

I absolutely love shopping on Shop.com! They have such a huge variety of products, and the whole experience—from browsing to checkout—is always so smooth and fun. I’m definitely recommending it to my friends and family. Honestly, it's worth switching from other marketplaces just for the high-quality products and, of course, the awesome cashback!

I like the exclusive product with Isotonix delivery system, taste good and useful for my health

The product ordered (Nike sneakers 270) was a good price on the website. I ordered and the website confirmed the order was placed. after a week I received a message that the product was delivered 3 hrs ago. No product was delivered and checked house/ neighbors etc. responded on customer service link and generic message said " we are checking with our courier to track and will get back with you.
No response back after 3 attempts to request the courier used and date shipped or please refund my order. They took my funds on 1/29/26 and today 2/20/26, still no delivery and no refund or update.

First press games, do not order from.these

I preordered a game back in Sept 2024, with the item being prepared for release in mid to late 2025.

I've since discovered that the store has stopped sending out orders and it giving refunds

I'm having to chase a company through the financial ombudsman as PayPal refuse to help
There stance is that the order was was more than. 120 days ago, which it was but nowhere does this have details for preorders, a concept that seems to be lost on his cans PayPal.

Shop is part of a scam business. They promote scams!!!! Do not use

Absolutely the biggest scam enablers. I ordered through golf cart stuff on shop platform, after nine days not shipped after 9 days, emailed, no answer, called, he called back promised it would be sent that nite or the following morning. Well guess what,,, didn't happen, sent another email, no reply again. Shop doesn't have anyway to get your money back. Or leave a review for the crap retailers the rep. Don't use them, go to Amazon.

It seems like every other retailer that goes through Shop.com is a scam and frankly I'm tired of having to go through the hassles of trying to get a refund. It always ends up with me having to notify my credit card company. I am closing my shop.com account and highly recommend everyone do the same. They take no responsibility for representing scam companies.

They are unresponsive to critical issues that you have Especially when it comes to fraud. They send redundant useless information on how to delete accounts that were created with deception. The only way you know that an unauthorized account was created was after you make your purchase and you get an email telling you that they saved YOUR CREDIT CARD information on their site. THEN when you follow the instructions to delete the account the site says your account not available try again later THEN they send you another exact duplicated email. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY they have deceptive practices and NO DESIRE to help you!

Somehow, a vendor recorded my phone number with Shop. Years later, that number got spoofed and I received a new number. I order online and a code is sent to my old phone number. I contacted Shop and was told I can change the number when I sign in. I can't change the number because I need to first enter the code sent to the old number. Shop states they cannot make changes. So, there is no solution and I fear the sent codes will get my accounts hacked.

If there was something less than one star, I would use it. Awful service. No status on orders, no way to return items since they don’t even show them shipped. No customer service, they do not answer phone or email. No packing slips to enable returns or inquiries. Awful, do not use.

I love all of the products we have purchased over the 28 years we have been with this company. Since we have been shopping online with Shop.com, we have earned $3,520.52 in cash from our purchases! We have wonderful results from the Isotonix supplements and the skin care products are outstanding! The OPC-3 product has kept me off prescription blood thinners for years after pulmonary embolisms. The Joint Support Formula has relieved my husband's knee discomfort for years also. All in all, the excellent customer support by individual customer managers who help with any problems you might encounter far exceed the runaround you get with most online shopping experiences. We love Shop.com!

my Momma ordered an item when it arrived it didn’t even look like the item on the box

I have been using SHOP for several years and only had 1 issue and it got resolved, I see all the bad reviews, and I am sorry for that however I have zero bad to say about them, I have never had any issues with my products and alot of companies use SHOP for ordering

used them to order a product The company refunded my money and shop has not sent it to my account they just stole it. When I tried to contact them regarding this the only assistance was an automated bot that was completely useless. They have no customer service they don't care don't use this service go directly to the manufacturer's website and save yourself this hassle.

Forcing people to track their purchases through their phone is the death knell of a compny. DO NOT USE if you expect service.

What a racket! Worst customer support ever. You try to cancel an order and are told you must contact the auto-ship company, then call another number to get a refund. I told them I wouldn’t, since this subscription was supposed to be canceled months ago. I told the company I would refuse delivery and dispute the charge through my credit card company. Oh my! Then I was told if I did that, they would have to put a BLOCK on my account. Ha-ha. Very funny. Avoid shop.com.

Absolutely the worst website. Completely inaccurate. All it is is a hey look at some other merchants. The does not tell you where, when or when the shipment will receive. It's always again totally inaccurate. If you use shop.com and our Merchant I will not purchase any goods from you.

Stay away from this site as far as you can

I ordered a $350 product saying it ship next day blah blah , realized it’s a drop ship product from china and shit never arrived, worst site ever

No responsibility in stolen package. No emails saying delivered then stolen and do not want to refund or ship again.
