Outstanding customer service and great product
Actually what made this experience great is the customer service when there was a problem with my delivery due to an incorrect address on my package. They were very responsive and worked with me in a timely fashion to repair the error and get me my product. They were kind, respectful and friendly.
As far as the product goes, I haven't used it that long but so far after a few weeks I believe my skin is brighter, smoother and more vibrant. So far, I love this company for many reasons.

I have purchased FADE & FIRM BANDLE and added 1-3 business days for shipping on May 24, 2026. I have never received it up until now June 3, 2026.
Contacted customer service for the status of my orders several times and replied to me with delays shipping due stocks. I have been patiently waiting for my products to arrive since this isn’t cheap as well. Up until now I have not receive any updates regarding the tracking number and the actual date of delivery. Can this be taking care of ASAP!!! or refund!

I really like the products I have…
I really like the products I have purchased thus far. Good quality, great information and instructions for use of products. Previous shipping was very fast and smooth. Recently ordered a bundle with LED equipment and microneedling system on May 18, 2026. After 3 days received response when I inquired about shipping and tracking info. Received short reply there was a warehouse issue. That’s it. On June 1,2026 contacted Qure via Chat regarding shipping delay/no receipt of product/ no recent update. After a small chat delay I was told that the LED equipment was delayed and would arrive at their warehouse by June 8. Disappointed in delivery delay but this is the nature of shipping these days. It would be helpful if there was more current updates communicated by customer service on product availability (or unavailability). Look forward to receiving products.JH

This is not the first time I've contacted Qure and they always get back to me immediately. Today, it was via a chat, but still with the same high level of care and concern. I got my questions answered immediately. I am a fan of the product and I love my results.

I have been using these products since November and can honestly say I notice a difference even others have complimented me on how fresh I look . I’m not easily sold to so for me to write a review I will only be honest . I have had a few problems with the needle heads either not opening or the serum hasn’t got through , I reached out to Qure immediately within a few hours had response and new items sent out in post no questions asked just apologies. Customer service has been great and the product I am still using

First off, customer service is EXCELLENT! They were able to get back to me within 12 hours. Now that's what I call great service. I purchased 6 months of the wrinkle serum and 6 months of the spot cream. I alternate both. 1 session wrinkle serum. 2 weeks later spot serum. It's been less than 3 months, however, I have noticed a slight difference in my skin. Smoother and the wrinkles are fading away. The spot serum is slowly working, the key word is "working." It may be a bit pricey so make sure you stock up when they have their sales. I'm in for life.

I just received my product, and one of my vials had leaked! I went to the website, messaged with an associate. After sending a few pictures, I will be receiving a new vial. Great customer service.
