Breach of Privacy - Photo Taken Without my Consent and Dishonest Reply Given

I had the misfortune of a TikTok delivery being outsourced to Quiver who not only did not keep to the delivery date they gave but delivered the next day and to add insult to injury took a photograph of me without my consent. Despite this actually taking place with the courier’s phone camera focused clearly on me and for which I complained, the founder replied in a curt manner, dismissing the fact that my privacy had been breached and also stated that I did not need to reply to his message. However, I did reply to his message to make him aware that I will be taking external action on the matter. Not only was he mannerless in his response but he lied blatantly. Quiver’s whopping 21, one-star reviews are clear evidence of their poor service standards. Further proof below from the unprofessional so-called founder - Matt Barrie replied rudely and dishonestly thus: “You should pickup a different hobby.
As I've mentioned there is no photo taken of you - you are totally incorrect. This is a waste of everyone's time - mostly your own.
Please never use our service again.”

This was followed by further unprofessional replies until I sent a cease contact one line email. I had never heard of this company prior to my poor experience but this man’s attitude confirms why the company has only one star reviews. One to be avoided like the plague. Bemusing to ask me never to use their service again as though I would have knowingly used them in the first place. This is the absolute worst delivery company ever.

Dishonest!

I was a delivery rider for them. They didn't pay what was promised & their warehouse was a shambles. Management was uncooperative & I left feeling 'ripped off'.

Delivery didn't arrive then I received a text message claiming to be quiver courier and the reason why my parcel didn't arrive it's because they do not pay their couriers and it's an amateur cowboy firm of using young adults and not paying them ruined my Christmas AVOID!!!AVOID!!!AVOID!!!

Horrible experience. Didn’t deliver paid for same day. Uncontactable.

Customer ordering from Percival and paid extra for next day delivery. Given a ridiculous 13 hour window for delivery from 7am to 8pm. No updates on your tracking system. Emailed you in the day and messaged you via your website function and got no response to checking the delivery was still planned for the same day. Got a email after 8pm saying the delivery was going to be a bit later than planned and 10 minutes later got another email saying the delivery had been changed to the next day. As a doctor having to work on call over the Christmas period I was only available today for delivery and so your incompetence has left me unable to give any gifts to my brother who the parcel was for.

No phone number and no way to get in contact with you other than email which you don’t respond to. You claim to deliver up to midnight but cancel pre paid for same day delivery at 8pm.

Terrible company. You should be ashamed of yourselves when people are relying on you over the Christmas period and you do not deliver on your basic service.

Probably the easiest 1* review I'll ever leave.

Have refused to return multiple of our packages for nearly 3 weeks. Never collect on time. Never deliver on time. Conversations with the customer service team are non-existent and calls are constantly ignored.

If you are a business DONT use Quiver!

Terrible service. 90% of our deliveries are either late or completely lost, leaving our customers furious and demanding answers we can’t provide.

Calling their customer service is pointless—they just make up excuses to get you off the phone. Emails? Forget about it—they’ve ignored ours for weeks.

It’s like the company is being run by amateurs who have no idea what they’re doing.

I’d honestly trust a random passerby to deliver my items over Quiver Courier.

Avoid, avoid, avoid—save yourself the stress and find a reliable courier instead. Would suggest packfleet or evermile as alternatives

Unreliable and bad communication. Avoid if you’re a sender.

Received message from Quiver to expect my package between 7am - 8pm. Already quite big time window but nonetheless I stayed home all day expecting the package. Received text just past 7pm saying it’s going to be later than 8pm and they will be in touch with an update. Did not hear back nor receive package.
Next day checked online tracking and it states will receive it that day between 8am - 8pm. Waited in most of the day. 4pm and order still says ‘preparing’. If it’s not out by then I would imagine it will not be sent out.
I use to get nervous when I saw Evri would be shipping my package but we have a new winner. Ding ding, quiver.

Just awful

Just awful. Avoid at all costs
They were due to deliver something same day. It never arrived. Then emailed to say it would be delivered the next day. Again it didn’t arrive. Impossible to get hold of anyone in customer service. They don’t respond to and ignore emails.

The worst delivery service ever .…

The worst delivery service ever .I have received 6 messages over 3 different days saying my item will be delivered before 8pm then at 8.30pm another message comes through saying my parcel couldn’t be delivered today it will be the next day b4 8pm then the same message comes through.I still haven’t received my parcel and the tracking doesn’t show anything.

Company owner is passive aggressive and rude

In the delivery email I had a fixed time slot of 11am-8pm so I waited in all day. It became clear as it got closer to 7pm that the order had not been dispatched. Next to the fixed time slot was an up to date estimated delivery window. It kept increasing until it went beyond 8pm and at one point said the order would be delivered after 11pm. I didn’t know if this was a mistake or if the order would even be delivered and I wanted to go to bed. I then emailed Quiver asking what was going on. This was around 7pm. 5 minutes after I sent the email the order popped up as dispatched and finally showed up with a delivery map, so they only dispatched it after I emailed them. Once the order was delivered I got an email asking to rate the delivery. I rated it as 1 star because it was understandably poor and explained what had happened. Today, the founder of Quiver sent me a very unprofessional passive aggressive email. He cannot take any constructive criticism or feedback. Avoid this company like the plague.

Avoid avoid avoid!

My next day delivery was not delivered the next day but the day after. Then instead of dropping it to my address they left it in a random shop 10 minutes down the road which I’ve never been to nor have any form of relationship with. I am beyond furious. It was a miracle I managed to get my package after an hour of walking up and down the street trying to match the delivery photo to an address. The support have since ignored me and no longer respond. AVOID

Worst service I ever used

Worst service I ever used. Stay away. Paid for same day delivery, they changed it for next day last minute. Then the day after the time slots where changing every hour. I emailed them. They said they will prioritise my order cause it was a day late.. nope.. 10 o'clock at night and still no show. If u can't deliver same then don't promise and charge for it.

Appalling, nonexistent delivery service

Appalling service, does this company even exist? I ordered a perishable made to order food item (with same-day timed delivery via Quiver). It’s been more than 24 hours and I’ve neither received my order, nor had a response from customer service. All I’ve received are multiple automated tracking emails with updated delivery times/days that come and go with no actual delivery. At this rate I don’t think I’ll ever receive my order. Worse than any delivery company I’ve ever used.

Awful Company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH!

As a customer for some time of Quiver they only promise and never deliver. The service is non-existent and this all comes from the Directors! They do not care about their customers or what effect it has on our business.
Whatever you do I would never recommend this company or its services. One of the directors will talk you around but boy it's all rubbish that comes out of his mouth. DO NOT TRUST!

The Quavers of couriers.

You’re probably better off going and picking up the order yourself than paying these incompetent people extra for “same-day delivery”. Lost my parcel and refused to take accountability. Horrible customer service. Avoid like the plague!
