Great company who deliver straight to your door. Have had a few companies send me items via Quiver, and it's so noticeable how polite their deliver drivers are, and that they actually bother to hand d... See more

The commitment of your telephone call…
The commitment of your telephone call was such a big deal to me, what a great way to ensure delivery. Thank you to both team members!
Generally positive and quick!
Exploit young workers
I would strongly advise against working with Quiver Delivery. My son, Camron, is only 19 and was trying to start his career and earn an honest living, but this company has made it a horrible experience. He was due to be paid on 22nd August 2025 and, despite repeated follow-ups, Quiver Delivery (and its founder, Louis Collar-Smith) have failed to pay him his wages.
This is not only unprofessional but also exploitative of young people who are simply trying to work hard and support themselves. They have not provided proper communication, updates, or any effort to resolve the matter.
No one should have to chase for the money they’ve rightfully earned. Quiver Delivery should not be trusted — they do not pay their staff. I am now reporting them to the authorities
Just dreadful
Just dreadful, bordering on fraudulent. Made up services, made up delivery estimates.
Absolute failure of a company
Paid for 2 hour deliver at 11am. Didn't arrive. Emailed the founder Matthew Barrie who promised me it'll arrive before 4pm.. And again it didn't arrive. Now he's not responding to my emails.
Avoid this con artist at all costs
Absolutely unacceptable!
Absolutely unacceptable!
They treat their delivery partners terribly. A person named Louis Coller Smith has frozen my payment for the past three weeks. I'm a student, and this is outrageous. I rely on this income — this kind of treatment is completely unfair and disrespectful.
Brilliant experience
Ordered at 3:45 for pre 8pm delivery, turned up at 6:40pm
Easy to track on the email link sent, speedy cost effective service for something that was needed quickly.
Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. I selected next day delivery - didn’t turn up. The following day: no delivery. The following day: no delivery. Still waiting. No meaningful updates, no live tracking info available, no ability to rebook a slot that would be convenient. No response to email to customer service. Still don’t have my order (a now late birthday present)
Rubbish
I'm genuinely fascinated that this company is able to sustain itself. Its sole purpose is to provide quick delivery (under an hour in London) and it just isn't doing that. Maybe only launch a business once you can provide the service you're selling?
I didn't have as bad an experience as others have detailed here, but hours after my delivery was supposed to have been made I still had no tracking update or communication from the company, and the retailer I purchased through was unable to gather any information from Quiver as to when I should expect my order or what the issue was the begin with.
Seeing the exclusively 1-star reviews here made me angrier because if it was simply a case of bad luck, I'd be more understanding, but this is clearly the way the company operates so I would recommend steering clear altogether.
Delivered to an empty house instead of me
Unfortunately, even though I was home, rather than knocking on my door, or even posting the package through my letterbox, they decided to post through the door of a house across the road...where no one lives, so I cannot get the package at all. My phone number was clearly on the delivery instructions and they could have called if were confused about where I was. My guess is they were just running late and just dumped it rather than take the time to ring me. So now turned in to a whole big thing...
Should have read this page before choosing them
Terrible courier. They messed up an order to be delivered by 18:45 (rider got very close, then the tracking map disappeared). By 21:30 I left a delivery message stating it was too late, deliver tomorrow between 10 and 12 - someone delivered at 14:45, even though the package was already collected the previous day.
late payment
Don’t work for this company guys..late payments every day they say tomorrow but I’m still waiting my payment
I have unsubscribed but i still get…
I have unsubscribed but i still get billed. Password reset does not work! I don't get an email! SCAM!!!
Terrible
Terrible. Paid for same day delivery; they kept delaying the ETA until deliver was rescheduled for the next day. Then, the following day, they delayed repeatedly and eventually didn’t turn up. What a let down.
Worse than Evri and Yodel put together!
How can they manage to be worse than Evri and Yodel?
Honestly the worse delivery company I had to deal with as a company. Their delivery window is 8am-8pm. I stayed in waiting for my delivery for FOUR days and was sent an email at 8pm to say that they were late and would deliver the next day, which of course was a repeat of the previous 'attempt'. You can't get through to them and they don't reply to emails.
B**L S**T company
BS company. Your delivery will never arrive! Order keeps getting delayed with NO delivery attempts. Honestly don’t even know how this company is still going.
Awful been messing about for nearly a week.
Awful! been messing about for nearly a week. They just blatantly tell porky’s and leave you hanging.
Truly vile disgusting racist Company…
Truly vile disgusting racist Company with bigoted views proudly aired on social media. If you had any sense. You'd run for the hills. Scam artist.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. They don’t deliver. Can’t contact them. They give the biggest delivery windows - 11-12 hours - and then miss them. And won’t tell you they’re not doing anything all day. I could pick up myself in the space of an hour within their delivery zone so Quiver serve no purpose of any value.
The only thing they deliver on is the emissions promise which is zero as they don’t even pick up the order from the seller. They make no effort at all. And they don’t communicate their failure to those it impacts. Quiver are a bad joke.
Do not use this company
Do not use this company! Never stick to the delivery time, terrible communication and incredibly unreliable
