From the sales staff to the delivery…

From the sales staff to the delivery man was helpful and honest plus the after sales staff kept in contact to check that all was good with my chair.

Very happy with my scooter

Very happy with my scooter , running well. Bought the mirrors but had to return them as they were unstable , shook loose with every bump.

Rep and Engineer great poor customer service

The concept of the scooter is good, though rather bulky,technically it’s a 3 wheel scooter with 2 additional stabiliser wheels on front giving the added stability.

Did the test run and decided was ok however after delivery found was difficult to get on as the bottom of the tiller/steering column restricted getting on smoothly,and seat was very unstable,they offered to replace seat 10days,decided to request refund,that’s where issues started,customer service passed on to manager,who instead of authorising refund arranged for Phil to come to see what issues were,following this numerous calls to customer service more often than not no call back when promised,scooter was eventually collected19/7 no refund issued until 25/7 following further calls.

I am sure in most cases the concept of the scooter will be ok,just not for me,and great initial service let down by tedious refund process

I chose quingo scooters because they…

I chose quingo scooters because they are family basd and they have a good reputation from what ive read .
On getting a test drive i was made to feel very comfortable wasnt rushed anx although i was nervous about driving it i took to it ok espeacially the 2nd one i tried ..... i knew then it was the one i wanted and it is indeed the one i purchased...
I just love it its mg pride and joy

Very good Quingo’s

I have 2 Quingo scooters.
One is for the summer and clear days.
The other one is enclosed for the winter/ rainy days.
They are both excellent.
I can go out walking my dogs regardless of the weather.
I also go over the common where the pups can have free time off their leads.
Both Quingos are quite safe on the pavements and grass.

I found the service wass

I found the service was second to nun right from the beginning . From the sales advisor ( whom i forget his name. ) to the delivery engineer Michael and) the customer service staff.😃😃😃. Nothing seemed to be an effort in dealing with my queries and they all seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product. Overall 9/10

I'll never deal with Quingo again after such disgusting treatmentg

I was in the process of financing a scooter from Quingo in May 2025. On the day the scooter was delivered, I was charged an extra 10pounds (originally told 15pounds but when I said it'll be a card payment and my carer left the room to get my wallet, the delivery driver quickly said he'd drop it to 10pounds if I had the cash) for a seatbelt. After not being very wel that day, I read through the booklet a few days later and saw that I shouldn't have been charged as the seatbelt is included free with the scooter. I contacted Quingo about this, they confirmed I shouldn't have been charged and would look into it. They didn't contact me for over a week, all my subsequent attempts to settle this matter went nowhere as Quingo consistantly failed to return my calls. I therefore cancelled the contract within the timeframe on the 12th May and was advised they'll collect the scooter, refund my 250pounds deposit and the 10pound seatbelt charge. However, this matter would not get resolved until the 26th June, when Quingo finally sent me a cheque for the full amount of 260pounds. This was only after the Finance company stepped in to help me as Quingo kept fobbing me off and messing me around, they told me originally, they'll refund me within a 21 day period, taking them to the 23rd June. On that day, they still hadn't refunded me, considering they had had the scooter back the whole 21 days and it was confirmed to be in still brand new condition. I had to contact the finance company again, and they contacted Quingo to settle this matter after I sent an email to Quingo Complaints Department and cc'd the finance company on this.

This was meant to be an exciting moment for me, having a scooter to get out and about would've given me a bit more freedom and more importantly, independence. Quingo ruined this for me, they never dealt with the delivery driver charging me, even after I said I felt like I'd been conned, no investigation or discipline was given. Quingo have not apologised at all for any of this, the only ones who have apologised was the finance company for the scooter, yet this wasn't their doing.

I honestly have no trust in Quingo at all and it's worrying that their delivery driver, could be doing the same thing to other disabled, vulnerable and/or elderly persons, and pocketing the money for himself. It's truly disgusting that Quingo have failed in their service of care and their entire attitude towards myself has been disrespectful, rude and quite arrogant/ignorant. This experience has had such a detrimental affect on my mental health, that has had my anxiety and depression through the roof, leaving me in tears, shaking and even breaking down in such distress whilst on the phone with the finance company about Quingo's treatment towards me.

If I hadn't have had the excellent care and concern of Jemma at the finance company, Quingo would've still been dragging this out, hoping I'd just leave it, which obviously I didn't, I fought for my rights with Jemma's help.

I'll never deal with Quingo again and would highly recommend others not to either. For those who have, if you've had extra charges for accesories that are stated to come with the scooter, I'd definitely advise you to take this further, especially if it turns out to be the same individual that's been charging other's.

The machines are the best scooters I have ever tried.

My recommendation "Don't go anywhere else but quingo "

Scooter is excellent

Scooter is excellent! Delivered as promised! Only reason for not a five is I added a rear view mirror which I found out later could have been fitted at source!

Great Quingo Vitess 2

Great Quingo Vitess 2. It does exactly what is says on the tin. Perfect delivery and Engineer. Only beef I have with Quingo is that I ordered and paid for a scooter garage 3 weeks ago and I still have not received it! I should receive it soon !!?? - fingers crossed.
