Deducted one star as an item that I ordered and that was available on the website, was actually out of stock.

Always love having a look through the website to find something unusual, and presents for friends and family. Generally had no issues with receiving items, but the last package didn't arrive, and they were straight on it and it came in days. One of my favourite online shops.

Purchased a Bertazzoni Range cooker for delivery to the Orkney Islands in the North of Scotland. Delivery of such a heavy bulky item to this location is usually problematic, but not with Quince & Cook. Went out of their way to ensure the range cooker we wished to purchase could be delivered to us and made it happen. Delighted with our new range, delighted with the friendly, excellent service we received and can wholeheartedly recommend Quince and Cook. Very happy Customer.

Brilliant quick service.

I was in Perth with my other half and popped in to see this very well presented shop, wonderful selection of many different needs and wants. The man behind the counter was very approachable, and turns out co-owner. Although I only bought a couple of ‘themed’ soaps he couldn’t have been more hospitable or helpful. If you are in Perth then do have a wander around the store I am sure you will see something you HAVE to buy.

Gift was packed and arrived really quickly, beautifully gift wrapped - such a lovely service to offer.

Everything was really well packaged, glasses were beautiful, got lots of different sauces and good things to try. Definitelyalw another order and will be going a trip or two to the shop at some point too
