The website says 3-5 day shipping, 30+ days to deliver. I can't cancel my order, they just respond it's not possible b/c it's in transit (I can see via tracking its not). The team is polite but gets nothing done to respond to me. I am pursuing refund with my credit card company.

The ball is garbage. It disintegrates into pieces of foam that will end up all over your house, on your clothing, furniture, etc. Do not buy! I contacted customer service and they said they don't provide refunds/exchanges for used balls BUT they asked me to send a video, after which they said too bad. Spend a little more and get a better quality ball.

Don’t! The ball is a foam ball! I ordered 2 balls and a basket. And they don’t refund thing that are on sale! Everything’s on sale. Always!!!! I Never got the basket! And it took 3 months to get! For my grandson, for the holiday season, I ordered the "special", two basketballs and a hoop. We received the basketballs with no hoop. I contacted QB and they said they'd send a hoop. Two months later I contacted them again, since I received nothing. They refunded me $20.00. I told them it wasn't the money, it was the disappointment of my grandson. I never heard from them again.

I ordered this product the first week of December 2023 for Christmas with their ‘Expedited’ shipping option which stated 2-3 days. There was 0 tracking info or update until the beginning of January which just showed a label made but still no movement for weeks. I had already requested to cancel my order / refund BEFORE it shipped as their policy does say is allowed and received NO responses until the end of January. The product arrived at my since moved from residence according to the tracking around January 21st and the company informed me they would process my refund IF I cancelled my chargeback claim. Since the claim has been dropped I have been given a constant loop around by the company with them now trying to say it shipped before Christmas (Which they sent me a link to an order in Australia that wasn’t even mine) then corrected themselves 3 days later and said “Please check with neighbors friends or family for the package”… IT IS NOW MID MARCH!!! That package is long gone and I don’t even know the residence who lives there now to go ask for said package.

TLDR: Low quality product, slow and useless customer service, 20% refund or pay for postage, potential scam
The ball I received doesn't bounce nearly as much as a normal basketball which contradicts their advertising. I was hoping that's not the usual quality and mine was a faulty product, so I contacted for a return/replacement with video proof that the ball doesn't bounce, and asking if my product was faulty or if that's how it's supposed to be.
The customer service did not reply until 2 weeks later and asked me for video/photo proof, which I replied I've provided video proof in the first email, and again asking if that's how bouncy their products are supposed to be.
I then had to chase them 3 times and they finally replied after a whole month. Simply offering either - 20% refund or I pay for postage and get full refund, and according to their email, "Returned is costly and time-consuming at this moment. According to our policy the customer is responsible for the return shipping. We can fully refund you only when we receive & verify your product which will take a lot of time."
They also dodged my question on if the product was as bouncy as intended.
I replied accepting the 20% return but asked once again if that is the normal quality of the products or did I receive a faulty one. However they simply replied about the refund and did not answer my question on the quality, dodging it once again.
The whole experience stroke me as sketchy. I believe they dodged my question about quality intensionally because they can't admit their product are nowhere near as advertised. It's either incompetent team with false advertising on a terrible product, or a malicious scheme to set road blocks and drag on the support process in the hope that customer would give up or in the end accept the 20% refund, which was the only logical choice for someone overseas like myself. Either way do not buy products from them.

Horrible experience with them. My son received a ball for Christmas from his grandma. Three months later the ball is falling apart (large pieces of the ball are falling off, its not usable)-I would say defective product. I contacted customer service for a replacement, was told;
"We hope this message finds you well.
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns, replacement or provide refunds for used balls.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation"
They do NOT stand behind their product. I was hoping they would replace the ball, its 3 months old. This type of customer support makes it hard to support smaller business when this what you deal with. If I had purchased from a large online company such as amazon, I know there would be no issues getting a replacement. Run away from this company, save your money.

I ordered 2 balls and a free hoop as advertised on their site. I should have taken a screen shot of my order because I never received a confirmation email. After a month, I finally received ONE ball. I reached out to let them know my order was not complete, but never got a response. A few weeks later (so now it's February), I received a second ball. Great! My hoop should be coming then, too. NOPE! I emailed again to let them know I did receive my second ball but I still don't have a hoop. They finally responded to say that my order is complete and I never added the free hoop, but feel free to order one with this code for 10% off. ??!!? It's $40 on their site! And my order included 3 lines of items: 2 balls @ 34.99 and 1 hoop @ 0.00. I know because I checked multiple times in case I made an error. This company is such a scam. They refuse to share any information to talk to an actual human and just keep passing off their errors as "oh well" to the customers. I would not recommend this company AT ALL. And I also filed a complaint with the BBB. I've never had an experience like this in my life.

Update- company did send a replacement after a while which is something. Product still isn’t the best but I have amended the rating to give them the benefit of the doubt.

The product doesn't ship in time, quality is extremely poor, and after 50+ attempts to return I still have not been able to. There is no phone number that works, the address is a post office, email is the only way to communicate but they will not process a return.
I found out address was fake when I shipped it back to them and provided them with the tracking #.

Do not purchase this ball. I paid for this ball for Christmas present for my son and the ball didn’t last three weeks. It’s just a bunch of foam shaped as a basketball, and the foam literally falls apart all over the house from the bouncing. It’s not well-made and I’ve reached out to the merchant and asked them for a refund. They asked me for a video of the product and I sent that to them and they said they needed to contact the supplier and they would get back to me in seven business days and it’s been almost 3 weeks and I’ve heard nothing and I’ve attempted to reach out to them two more times so I’ve disputed it with my credit card.

They did send me a email saying it would 4 weeks late so I sent them a email telling them I want my refund back as it was a Christmas gift . They did not respond back for weeks saying it had been shipped so it was to late to refund my money . Told me They would refund me when I received the product. Scam Alert ! This is a scam. There is unfortunately No other word to described it. I passed my order 30 days ago nothing has been shipped yet. Every time i contacted they have a good excuse but nothing moves. I ask for a refund and i'am still waiting for an answer. I'll probably never see my money again. Don't fall for it !

Like all the other reviewers I had a TERRIBLE experience. What a scam. I ordered in early December as a Christmas gift for my son. It didn’t arrive until mid-January. The balls are total crap. They barely bounce. Customer service didn’t respond for weeks. I’m trying to get refunded but it’s honestly not worth my time at this point. If I could give 0 stars I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

The same story you're reading about the product being terrible and customer service not responding is all true. I ordered the product weeks before Christmas and selected expedited shipping, but did not receive the product until well into January. The product itself is terrible, the ball is oval shaped and does not bounce as intended.
Of course I reached out to customer service requesting a refund right away (on their website, it asks you reach out to them to for a refund within 30 days). They respond to you via email weeks later and drag their feet about returns. They then offered a 60% refund without needing to return the actual item. I'm pretty sure this is just a scam company and they make money by ignoring refund requests and selling misshapen foam balls. I am still in the process of writing to them requesting a full refund. I will be contacting the better business bureau about their shady and predatory practices.

If I can give zero star, I would. Their stuff is really cheap and smell like chemical. When I emailed them to ask how I can return the product to get a refund, the customer service replied after a month and asked me what was wrong, I wrote what was wrong and asked an instruction to return, the person asked me to record me bouncing the ball and send it to him/her “because it might be a defect from the factory”. I recorded it and sent it. They never got back to me. I emailed 2 more times to ask what I could do, they still didn’t get back to me. Horrible horrible products- the balls don’t even bounce, and the horrible customer service. Please don’t waste your money like I did.

Ordered at the beginning of December and paid extra for expedited shipping and handling. Didn't receive until mid January. Certainly not worth what I paid, very expensive Nerf balls. Eventually received an email from the company after waiting weeks.
