Emily is amazing! We bought my engagement ring then our wedding rings from her. She helped us decide what we wanted, was so honest, talked us through all the options and never tried to upsell. She really listened to us and we’ve ended up with our dream rings!! Couldn’t recommend this place (and Emily) more!

I designed my partners engagement ring with Queensmith, and the whole process was excellent. Then when it came time to choose our wedding rings we knew we could trust them, and we're so glad we did! Laura S was fantastic at showing us our options, talking us through the things to consider and making sure we got exactly what we wanted. Queensmith have been excellent throughout and Laura S is a real credit to them!

Eddi at Queensmiths was fantastic with helping pick the perfect engagement ring. He was super honest, so knowledgable and helped build the most gorgeous ring for my fiancée. I would highly recommend Eddi and his team to everyone and believe they are the best at what they do.

What a fantastic experience from start to finish. Lexia was thorough in explaining what to look for and making recommendations on gem to pick. I got a full tour of the factory seeing how my ring would be made. Communication was clear throughout with emails being responded to promptly. Queensmith accommodated my needs without any issues. I collected my ring from Eddy who showed me all the paperwork. One of the best buying experiences I’ve had. I can’t recommend Queensmith highly enough.

I met with Manuela on two occasions, whose customer service was amazing.
For someone who didn't know much about diamonds or rings, I came away from the appointment thoroughly educated and confident I had chosen the perfect ring, and to top it off, we got a tour of their workshop to see how it would be made.

Various options were provided and at no point did I feel pressured into making a decision/purchase, which I liked. The design/diamond selection was my own, with some very talented guidance.

The ring was made and I collected it exactly within the specified timescales and all the customer service team we've met have been incredible.

My fiance and I were looking for a proper engagement ring. We had been through multiple other jewellery shops and found the experience to be a little overwhelming and uncomfortable as well as inflexible. Queensmith was the perfect solution to this. Adele helped us so much through every stage as we took a sketch on the back of an envelope into CAD designs, wax models and then finally the finished product. Adele guided us through the different options and trade offs with each one, making sure that we understood more than enough detail to make our decisions. Her input was invaluable and we are so happy with the finished product. It’s beautiful and suits us perfectly, and the experience of creating it together was so much fun!

I can't speak highly enough of Manuela and how much she helped us. It's such a big decision that means a lot to get right. We went to a few ring shops but knew as soon as we met Manuela that we were going with Queensmiths, the rings are perfect and their advice and guidance was invaluable.

Adele was absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process, helping me design a perfect ring (that my partner loves) and she guessed the perfect size! It was brilliant to see the workshop and learn about diamonds without feeling lectured, and did not feel subject to any sales tactics to make me spend more money. I really could not have asked for a better experience, and look forward to returning with my partner to see how her ring was made.
