My fiancé and I had an excellent experience at Queensmith with Eddi. He took us through all options with a great deal of knowledge (and patience) as we really struggled to decide between the many beautiful options.
We left with a few options to mull over before confirming. The process from then on was very smooth. Even with a little hiccup during manufacture when we questioned our decision, Eddi was very understanding and helpful!
The ring was exactly as we pictured and my fiancé is thrilled with it. Highly recommend using Queensmith.

The design meeting with Ariela was enjoyable and interesting. We knew very little about jewellery design, but she made it very easy and talked us through it - never felt rushed at all.

Amber from the Hatton Garden location was so helpful with my ring resize. I had sizing beads put in and adjusted a few times to make them perfect. She was so kind and there every appointment for continuity. Would recommend Queensmith to any friends in London!

I recently had the most wonderful experience purchasing an engagement ring, and I owe it all to Laura. From the consultation process to the final selection, she was incredibly kind and attentive, truly immersing herself in our story and making the entire experience memorable. Laura even guided us on a special workshop tour after we got engaged, which added a heartfelt touch to the occasion. We came to queens smiths back in February last year. We were shopping for an engagement ring around the area of Hatton Garden and queens smith was the only place that we were made to feel comfortable. They were completely understanding when its come to budget, and non judgemental which is what we felt in other places.
They were incredible helpful throughout the entire journey and we also got our wedding rings from the same team. A member of the team shined above this amazing team and that was Eddi. He was there when I finalised the engagement ring and helped us through getting our wedding rings. At all times he was polite, informative and relaxed. He really helped both me and my now wife and it was lovely to see a familiar face throughout this amazing experience. he is a credit to the team here and we will definitely be coming back to queensmiths in the future.
