I thought I was ordering from an Australian company, but later realised it’s actually based overseas — if I’d looked more closely at the website, I probably would’ve picked that up.

That said, the sizing is pretty misleading. It’s advertised in Australian sizes, but the dresses are actually made in US sizes. I ordered my usual AU size and it ended up being two sizes too small.

The dress itself is really pretty and feels like good quality, and customer service was actually great — quick to respond and helpful. Lesson learnt for me when ordering online: triple check sizing and where items are coming from.

Do not buy from this site, their sizes are incorrect and they do not offer returns, exchanges or shipping labels.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Ordered a dress, paid for expedited shipping, dress had still not been dispatched in time for my daughters prom, emailed and was told I would get a refund as the order has not shipped.
Next thing order shipped and now after numerous emails chasing a refund or even a reply I am getting ignored.
Total scammers

Ordered in May, after taking a risk. Let’s just say, I shouldn’t have bothered. Paid express delivery as needed it on time. Emailed several times and kept getting its being made. Delivery date passed. Had to rush to find another suit. Luckily I paid via PayPal, so had to open a case with them, as Queendancer only offered me 10% refund on an order I haven’t received. Unless you can wait months and months, don’t bother.

It’s a drop shop business. Everything is available on aliexpress for $100 less.

This company should be made to close down. They are absolutely a fraud. They will do everything they possibly can to make sure you can not return your outfits and get a refund. I am beyond appalled and how they get away with it. I old not trust them - the company is almost illegal how it operates and swindles people of their money. Te returns policy is almost impossible to adhere to so you can not return an item.

Scammers! I wouldn’t advise anyone to order from them, I ordered a dress and paid express delivery and few days before the event I asked for cancellation as they didn’t ship it yet! They ignored my messages and kept promising me that it will arrive before the party, it has been more then a month now I didn’t receive my dress, which I don’t need now anyway and I couldn’t get a refund!!!!

The company is a fraud.

The dress arrived and I have not opened it as my party was 2 weeks ago . I asked them to send me your address to return . They don't reply . They just reply you with non sense email. They domt provide address to keep your money.

It’s so difficult to send something back. i keep emailing them for a refund and they keep sending me the requirements which i’ve done numerous time, take photo of dress, reason for refund ? order number. and still no address or any way to send it back i’m fuming.😡

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago for a fancy dress party last Sunday and it’s still not arrived I have told them I will be expecting a full refund as the dress will now not be needed. They have just told me because I don’t want the dress and there is nothing wrong with the dress , I will only get 40% back, once they receive it back from me .
This is not customer service. I would never use them again and would suggest other people think twice before using them

UPDATE 3 WEEKS AFTER ORDERING MY ITEM!!!!! ITS STILL NOT ARRIVED!!!

I received a dress half sewn.
1 month later, I am still waiting for my refund.
I have emailed them again this week. No reply.
Not only do they offer no quality but they steal your money! And they are in China. £45! In the drain.

I'll be honest... I was hesitant to order because considering the dresses in the photos, the prices are very cheap. The size are a bit strange. I'm a size 8/10 in the UK but according to their size chart, I needed an L. So I'd recommend measuring yourself to be sure. Delivery is a bit pricey but considering the price of the dress, I was okay with it. It arrived in approx 3 days and I was very pleasantly surprised. The quality is fantastic, the sequins are sewn on well and the accessories (gloves and headpiece) that I ordered with the dress are great too - not tacky at all and again, great quality.

I'd highly recommend Queendancer if you have a Gatsby themed party, you won't be disappointed at all!

I am so impressed with my dress!! It looks like a dress you would find in an expensive shop.
