Avoid this Scam – Misleading Return Policy!

Do not be fooled by the "Return option" advertised on their website. I attempted to return my order within the stated return period (two weeks), following their instructions. However, the email provided for returns went completely unanswered. The phone number was unavailable too. I then contacted their Instagram page, where I received responses, but none addressed my actual return request. The replies were vague and unrelated to my issue. After two weeks of back-and-forth and trying to resolve this, they simply stopped replying altogether. This company clearly does not honor its return policy and has since ghosted me. Save yourself the headache and avoid this retailer!
