Excellent service from Colin, Gem, and the crew at Quayside Fireplaces! They recently completed installing two stoves for us, and we couldn't be happier. Competitive pricing, brilliant communication, and first-class workmanship. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a professional job done right.

Quayside Fireplaces installed a log burner for us recently and the whole experience was brilliant. The team were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable (I didn’t know the burner had to be set differently for coal vs wood!). They were also very patient, especially when they had to wait around for some stubborn seagulls to leave the roof! Despite the unexpected delay, everything was done to a really high standard. The burner looks amazing and we’re *really* pleased with how it turned out, and can’t wait for some cold weather to enjoy it properly! Would definitely recommend.

I have recently had two stoves installed by Quayside Fireplaces, Faversham, and I can't fault the whole process. The team were efficient, accommodating and so clean and tidy you wouldn't even know they had been here. I would feel confident recommending them to anybody.

We had already had three extortionate quotes and as soon as we met Mary in the showroom we knew they could help. Colin visited, explained and answered with humour, no nonsense and a honest quote. The stove, slate plinth and twin wall flue was professionally fitted by Liam and Alfie in a day and they were helpful and relaxed. Great guys. We had to call them with a small snagging problem but they responded double quick and sorted it on their way home. We are so pleased with our Stove and the quality work carried out by all the people at Quayside and couldn't have asked for more. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for their services.

Totally reliable, more knowledgeable than any other of the 5 firms I encountered, excellent no-nonsense work by people willing to go the extra yard if necessary. Quayside answer queries and even pick up the phone (increasingly unusual these days sadly)!
You won't find a better firm.
