Excellent products and customer…
Excellent products and customer service. Used Quadlock for a few years now with each phone upgrade, and have the car mount and bike mount. I also forgot to use my discount code (my fault) and they retrospectively refunded me the difference. Highly recommend. 5*

Overpriced, SLOW Shipping
I generally like their products. That said, they're overpriced for what they are. The worst part for me was their excruciatingly SLOW shipping. Took them more than 5 days after I submitted the order for it to be shipped. Then, it was shipped via "DHL eCommerce shipping partner" which i couldnt track, and then it was transferred to USPS for final delivery. C'mon, man! Spend a dollar or two more for Priority Mail! This after the order page said it would be shipped within 1-2 business days. I don’t like this dishonesty (I'm being 'polite').

Absolutely disgusting customer service
Absolutely disgusting customer service. When I tried to cancel my order less than 14hours (an hour and a half atleast plus that) after placing it due to not needing items anymore, I was told that the courier (Royal Mail) had already received the items but they had not updated the status yet. Hard to believe that they had already received it when I had placed the order less than 14hrs before trying to cancel and after 4.15pm.
I received notification at 1am to say that Royal Mail had my order.
Now they are trying to charge £7.99 for the pleasure of returning the items!!!

Shipping estimate is a lie
I hate to leave a bad review for a company without using the product, but the 1-2 processing and 2-3 days shipping would be fine. However in reality its taking double that time and the disclaimer is the "carrier complications"? If that's the common reason for shipping delays, well then get a different shipping carrier. I was really looking forward to using this product, its a shame the shipping estimate is inaccurate and will not arrive in time. Ten business days for a small domestic shipment seem to long for 2026.
*Regardless of this I would of still ordered the items and not requested a refund if the company was more honest about the estimate.

Its one of the best phone/camera to motorcycle accessories which offers a great quality of product. Also to mention their support team was very reliable and render great solutions to our problem.

Fails just like the rest of their products. STAY AWAY FROM QUADLOCK!!!!!
We have had several customers come into our motorcycle shop lately with these waterproof wireless charging mounts from Quadlock and they have all failed. Quadlock absolutely refuses to warranty them and only offered a measly 20% coupon code for us to pass along to our customers. This is absurd and we are now recommending to all of our customers to find a different brand.

Quad Lock makes a superior phone case
Quad Lock makes a superior phone case, ive used it for years now on my bike and in the car for gps on my phone. Once i had an issue with a caese and contacted customer service. They promptly responded and shipped a new one. I wont be using any ither brand than Quad Lock, its worth every oenny to have such a versitle phine case that i can use in all the applications of life!

I genuinely cannot fault Quad Lock
The equipment is fantastic. Proper, premium quality that actually lives up to the hype. I’ve used my setup daily for 12 months and it’s been rock solid the entire time. When a small magnetic component eventually came loose after all that use, I contacted customer support expecting a bit of back and forth.
Instead? Immaculate service.
They responded immediately and the next day (yes, literally the next day) a replacement component arrived. It fitted perfectly and I was back up and running without any hassle whatsoever.
That level of quality and aftercare is rare. 100% recommend. I’ll absolutely continue building out their ecosystem without hesitation.

The case and windshield magnetic mount are of exceptional quality. I have been using this product for several years and have purchased a second case due to a new phone. I had made an error with my order by purchasing the incorrect case and screen protector. The company promptly returned the case and screen protector without issue and refunded me the full amount. I highly recommend this product to others.

Good quality gear but a little too expensive.
I’ve bought a few accessories along with the mag lock mount for my bike and have always been impressed with the quality of the components. Shipping has always been fairly prompt and the only reason I have not given 5 stars is the price of the parts and the shipping costs. I’m usually happy to pay a little extra for quality but in my opinion Quadlock prices are a bit over the top for what you get. In this day and age and knowing what production of equipment like this costs, I think they could give a better deal to their customers.

Rubbish product and worst ignorance from customer service.
Was gifted a new iPhone 17 along with the quad lock McLaren case to replace my old iPhone 15 that had the McLaren Lando case on.
Ordered the phone screen protector expecting it to give me the best protection with the case for a £1300 phone. When I applied the protector there was a gap of around 1.6mm! Gently tried to reposition the screen but it wouldn’t refit correctly so I took it off and purchased an asr with same day delivery from Amazon. Tried to reach out to quadlock through their automated systems but that failed to let me free type to get help. Reached out on face book messenger and explained the issue. Took 24hr to reply. Took another 24hrs to ready my reply and sent a replacement. I immediately responded “I had already got one” but got ignored for another 24hrs and then basically got told it’s too late. I asked for a refund not a poor quailty product that I’m never going to use. Absolutely ignored my original requester and palmed me off with crap. Won’t be coming back again

I was an advocate for Quad Lock.
Slow processing, especially for paid shipping. The customer support is horrendous. They sold me an action cam adapter for an “out front mount” that took ages to get to me only to find out it didn’t work with my “out front mount”. Apparently they recently updated the mount and kept same name. Their solution: 20% off a new out front mount. No thanks. I was a big fan and advocate of this company with several cases and mounts. I have even answered some users questions on the r/Quadlock sub-Reddit. Im switching to SP-Connect. Check them out- cool stuff!

Excellent product. My iPhone completely secure. Use on 2 cycles and 1 motorbike, each with the Quadlock set including vibration mount and wireless charger on the bike. Wouldn’t use anything else.
