Honestly is the best in car holder I've ever had, that as well as the most secure holder for when out on my mountain bike make it in my opinion the best package on the market, have tried many combinations and nothing comes close.

Customer service is none existent

I have a few Quadlock products and in general I've been pleased with them. However, I recently bought a BMW R1250RT with keyless ignition. When I swapped my weatherproof wireless charging head over from my last bike to the BMW I began to get problems with the bike losing contact with the fob. It took a while, but eventually I tracked it down to the charging head. It was fine until my phone started charging, then the key warning came up on the bike's dash. Despite trying various positions to mount the head, nothing would clear the problem, which apparently is quite rare, as it doesn't seem to affect most people. I got in touch with Quadlock's customer service by email to see if they knew of a solution. Guess what? Nothing at all, not even an acknowledgement of my email. You know what they say, you can always tell how good a company is by the way they handle things when they go wrong. I won't be buying anything else from them in future.

Window suction mount failed after 2…

Window suction mount failed after 2 months and doesnt work. Quadlock refusing a return or refund. Reported to ACCC.

Update: filed an ACCC complaint, trustpilot reviews, spoke to 4 different reps, getting bot replies. finally messaged through social media and eventually got a replacement under warranty after battling for hours, ridiculous. yes they finally sent a replacement but it shouldnt have taken that much for them to admit the massive design fault and insufficient performance of their products.

Terrible customer support never received package

When contacting customer support when package was late they just kept closing the chat and not responding then they were emailing me being rude, and when another customer service person actually stayed on said the package will arrive eventually, I asked to file a complaint and was told I can’t and never heard from them again and package never showed up after 1 months now, there service and delivery used to be great now I’ve paid for stuff I never received but was told to keep waiting

Top quality products for your shiny new smartphone

You cannot buy a better case for your phone than a quadlock mag case, they are simply brilliant. They are good looking, very hard wearing and the build quality is excellent. But that's not the best part.

The Quad Lock eco system is second to none. There are dash mounts, bike mounts, wall mounts, fan mounts, desk mounts and my new personal favourite, bottle holder mounts. Then there are a ton of different accessories and charging heads, seriously, if you're looking for a new case/mount stop looking and buy one of these.

Ripp off merchant

Ordered the new Samsung s26 case and screen protector. Screen protector was nearly £12 and was too small, when I wanted to return it they wanted to charge £7.80 for return, so I bought the exact same protector but in the right size and it was 1/4 of the price. Really discusted at the rip off merchant

Stem cap mount: possibly best phone mount for gravel bikes

I've had several bicycle out front mounts for my gravel bike but could never fit them properly, especially when I wanted to mount them in reverse so that my phone was right above the stem. Also, these mounts work best if your handlebars have a straight profile and circular circumference which is not how most handlebars are made nowadays. Most of my bikes' handlebars have an oval shape and are slightly curved which is a nightmare to mount anything on them. As a result, the out mount was always getting loose and wobbly and tightening it harder always made the plastic crack after a while.

So I decided to try the stem cap mount and I have to say it's a perfect solution for me. I don't have to worry about the handlebars and can mount other things in front like lights, bags etc. The stem cap mount has a really low profile and it is made of aluminum for the same price as the other plastic mounts.

Just make sure that you check the compatibility on their website and consult the technical drawing that shows what the optimal stem angle is for the regular mount. If your stem has a larger angle then you may need the slightly more expensive adjustable version with a hinge.

Finally, checkout and delivery was super easy, smooth and fast. Well done!

I’ve owned and used quad lock mounts in…

I’ve owned and used quad lock mounts in my cars and on my motorbike for the last 5 years or so.
I’ve also had two different phones that I’ve fitted in quad lock cases.

Just today riding down the highway at 110kph my phone fell out of my pocket (I had put it in there due to rain) and it bounced down the road, landing on the corner of the case and when I rode back to find it, to my amazement it had no damage at all.

It would have been safer if I put it on the mount!!

Would I rate quad lock for the cases and mounts, yes!!

Just my advice !!!
Too bad i can't give them ---- 1000000000 stars , that is what they deserve. I did go online on the 4 th of Marh , and buy for the first time from them a case for my new samsung , windscreen holder and also a wireless charge just about 140 euro , they said will be deliver in 2 to 5 days by dhl ...happy tohear that ....same day i received the tracking no ....and fromhere all start to go bad , since today order was never pickup by carrier, even i contact customer care yesterday and they told they will investigate and if i have no news till today to contact them again...and i did ....same storry....so i ask for refund ....now is getting worse....they told me they have to contact the carrier and havethe package back or canceled ( but by they're tracking no order never left they're facility) and only after they confirm with the carrier i might get my money back ....so my advice NEVER EVER ORDER OFROM THEM AND STAY WELL AWAWY !!! Use Amazon and you always get your stuff faster and safer and manny times even cheaper ( is not advertised for Amazon ) just a better ideea .
L.E. Few minutes after i post this review i did get a notification they processed my refund .....still a very bad experience and still keep my above recommendation. Stay well away , you was warned!!!

Terrible phone cases. Decent mounts but fiddly

Edited: Quadlock team reached out and sent me a new case for now after providing the proof . I am starting to use it. Let see how it goes. Will come back to this.
Terrible phone cases. They start coming off. The buttons came off and the seals as well. However the mounts are good because they are safe but fiddly. More marketing than a product.
