Best puzzle we have ever bought
This puzzle is of the highest quality- pieces are thick and fit together extremely well. One of the best puzzles we have done. Picture was exactly as sent and communication was excellent throughout the process. We will be buying plenty more puzzles from puzzles.

Hey Matthew! Thanks for taking the time to review us and for your wonderful feedback. The team appreciates it 😊 we're so glad to hear you enjoyed the physical aspect of our puzzles (i.e. thickness, cut, colour etc.). We always do our best to make sure the image quality is the same (if not better) than what we received, we look forward to hearing from you in the future! 😁
Great service, and puzzle product
The service provided by the staff was really great. They managed to switch delivery locations, and expedited the production to arrive quickly. The quality of the puzzle and box was also great.
The only small negative I had was related to the fact that when I did the purchase I didn't see it advertised that the company would be closed for quite some time over the Christmas break. This did mean that the puzzle didn't arrive as soon as I'd hoped. So I would only recommend that this is clarified in future (it was only on the website landing page, but not on the puzzle design or order placement page).
Is definitely use this service again! Thank you

Good morning Nicky, thanks for your review of our staff's service. They worked quite hard towards the end of the year and would have been quite busy the first few days back! So we're glad they could assist you in changing the delivery locations 😊
Please note that the Christmas break notice was mentioned on the website's main page, the announcement bar, and our FAQ page. We also sent out an email with our holiday notice and posted it on our socials!
On your order confirmation sheet, there is also a note that explains that our regular processing times can be up to two weeks which correlates to the correct timeframe for when you received the package. For the future, we recommend you subscribe to our email newsletters and follow us on all our social media profiles to be kept updated!
So apologies that our announcement wasn't more widely available for you. We look forward to hearing from you again and we hope you had a safe and merry Christmas and Happy New Year! 😁
Always good communication and service

Beautiful and unique puzzle, great service.
Customer service was really great when I reached out with a query, and my husband loves his Golden Temple puzzle! Such a unique and beautiful design. It's coming together nicely and he appreciates the puzzle mat to help keep it all neat and tidy and safe from furry kitten paws!

The jigsaw puzzle was a gift for my cousin.
The jigsaw puzzle was a gift for my cousin who lost her Mum this year. It was her entire family on a holiday and she loved it.
Brilliantly enhanced as the photo was not as clear as I would have liked and it made a huge difference. I can only recommend QPuzzles very highly for their service and initiative.
