great service! i orderd a size to small and there was no problem. i had good contact and they made me donate the wrong size clogs and send me new ones in the right size for free!

I gave these a punt believing that they…

I gave these a punt believing that they would be here quite quickly from a European warehouse but they came from the factory in China. I like the shoes, yes there is a glue smell but it goes away. They are a great fit but took over 14 days to arrive. If I'd realised this i would have gone to a high street store. Not sure about 'Danielle and Imogen' as real people either. Now I know about shipping times and if they wear well I would maybe purchase again. BTW mine had the 'Qomfort' branding .

I just wanted to clarify the delivery timing so it’s clear for future orders: as stated on our website, our worldwide delivery timeframe is 6–12 business days. For your order specifically, it was placed on May 4. Our standard processing window is May 4–6, and then the estimated delivery window runs from May 7–20. We can see your order was delivered on May 20, which is actually 2 days earlier than the latest expected date in that timeframe.

I also understand the comment around shipping origin and expectations — we do work with international fulfilment partners to keep pricing accessible and consistent globally, which can sometimes mean shipping is not from a local or European warehouse.

On the glue smell, that’s something that can occasionally happen with new production and does typically air out quickly, as you’ve noticed.

Lastly, just to reassure you — We, Danielle and Imogen are real people and co-founders of Qomfort Co. 🙂

I ordered 2 pairs of the clogs and all I can say is WOW 🤩

The comfort and fit is unreal! I suffer with rheumatoid arthritis and finding comfortable shoes is so hard to find. Il defo be ordering more.

Was a bit sceptical at first if this was a genuine company as so many scams around. But reading all the positive reviews I was swayed.

Never even met the 2 girls who own the company but can tell they are the most loveliest people. Customer service 10/10, delivery and ordering 10/10.

Couldn’t recommend enough.

Another 3 pairs added in my basket 😜

What a lovely company!

What a surprise! I came across this brand on Instagram and at first was a little sceptical due to being stung by scammers before, but upon closer inspection i realised it was a legit company so ordered a pair of very good value cloggs. They arrived (taking a bit longer than I'd hoped but they have come from australia so can't really complain!) and to my dismay they were too big. I contacted them for an exchange and they informed me of their incredible charitable exchange policy where you donate the shoes to charity and they send you a new pair completely free of charge. I love this! I will always try and support small brands like this where I can. it's so hard to set them apart from all the scammers out there!

Made in China

There’s no Qomfort branding on the insole like the images on their instagram make out and the only writing on the clogs is “made in china”. The quality of the clog doesn’t seem bad but I have only just received them so I’ll see how long they hold up.

Scam. Cheap and nasty synthetic Temu quality clogs.

These clogs arrived squished up in a plastic, and when I opened them, the odour was intense and the chemical smell was overpowering. I had to leave them outside for a few days, then donated them to Salvos.(Sorry Salvos.). The ‘suede’ is not real suede, just an awful synthetic fabric. Multiple glue marks. Clever market from a drop shipped company, something I’d expect from Temu. Horrible!

I ordered two pairs of sandals and…

I ordered two pairs of sandals and unfortunately the sizes weren’t quite right. Qomfort were so helpful in getting the right sizes to me, and even more had me donate my two pairs to a local charity - People over Profit. This is definitely a company that values doing the right thing. The sandals are also high quality then the popular name brand, the insole has better support and the upper is top quality suede.
Definitely a 5/5 and would recommend to everyone I know!!!

The socks are NOT…

The socks are comfy but are NOT 'slouchy' as pictured and described. They have typical elasticized tops, and will dig into you just like any other standard sock.
Furthermore, contrary to the big statement on the website, socks are not returnable.
Shipping is also slow, but that wouldn't matter if the product was usable or returnable.

We would however like to clarify for future customers reading this review that there is a clearly stated clause on our Returns Policy page regarding sock purchases due to hygienic reasons. As outlined on our website:

“For Sock Purchases: All sales are final.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted due to hygienic reasons. If the sock item is deemed faulty or incorrect prior to being worn/used, we will send you a replacement for the item free of charge. No refunds for socks will be given.

Claims for damaged packaging and goods should be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Upon inspection, photo evidence of all original packaging is required. Any claims made outside of this window may not be eligible for compensation.”

We also want to note that our sock product photos show the socks worn in different styling ways, including pushed down for a slouchy look, however the socks themselves still contain elastic at the top to help them stay secure during wear.

Regarding shipping, we understand waiting can be frustrating and we do our best to provide estimated delivery timeframes upfront on our website.

Advertise $49 sandals and clogs on…

Advertise $49 sandals and clogs on Instagram and Facebook - but go to the website and there are NO shoes for that price at all. This feels misleading - falsely advertise a cheap price to pull people to the website. I like the look of the shoes but won't buy as deceptive advertising doesn't bode well for the product!
EDIT after response from Qomfort. The response is interesting. The Ads DO NOT specify USD. And yes it is confusing when you are an Aus brand, and advertising in Australia. I also searched the website for mention of USD - nothing could be found. And the policy they reference in their response also does not seem to exist. Given this, I still believe this is deceptive advertising. It is not that hard to insert a "USD" in front of the $49, then it would be clear to all. I also see I am not alone, others have also raised this issue, and it has not been fixed.

2 pairs of quality clogs

Ordered 2 pairs. One on me and one for my partner. Mine fitted perfectly, and like many claim comfier than the B brand. Really well built in my opinion and of the same quality as the expensive alternatives.

On the other hand my stupid ass ordered a size too big for my partner. Reached out for an exchange and the customer service was excellent. The process for replacement is simple and straight forward, the team are very helpful and quick to respond. Incorrect size donated and new pair on its way. Amazing experience and will certainly be buying more in the future

Ordered the incorrect size

Ordered the incorrect size. Really fast response from the team. Agreed instantly to send a new pair at no cost. The original pair I was told to donate rather then send back and as there is no donation places around I was able to gift to a friend/family member. Experience has been great and its amazing they donate to those in need. The actual shoe quality was great and super comfortable.
