I have been renting through Q Asset Management for 2 years and have had a great experience. They have always helped with any maintenance issues quickly and efficiently.

They are a great property management company to rent through.

Clare has been very helpful throughout my rental period. She was very quick and efficient with maintenance issues and always replied quickly to my emails. They are a great company to rent through.

We rented through Q Management for 3 years. They took over the management of our 2-bedroom flat in London Bridge in July 2023 and have always been attentive and reliable whenever we needed assistance.
We were offered the option to renew our tenancy, but unfortunately my flatmate has accepted a new job that requires relocating, so we won’t be renewing our tenancy. Wishing Q Management all the best for the future.

Having worked with the same contractors for over a decade, we were unfortunately let down by them and had to look for a new team. We were initially skeptical about approaching a new contractor company, but we were recommended to meet with Curt. We started by giving them smaller property maintenance jobs, and over time, they’ve taken on full refurbishments for us. They have shown excellent attention to detail and have a reliable, professional team that we can depend on.

From start to finish, the team was extremely professional. We shared our inspiration via Pinterest, and Curt implemented our ideas into thoughtful designs that achieved exactly the finish we were hoping for. Refurbishing a home while living in it is never easy, but Curt’s contractors made the process much smoother — they were always respectful, considerate, and attentive throughout.

I’ve rented previously but didn’t have a great experience with my landlord when issues arrived. Since renting with Q management any issues I have had they are resolved very quickly and to a good standard.
