This company were extremely helpful, offering speedy support for a time sensitive issue. They advised me, walked me through and sorted everything, running over time on the call to make sure our queries were fully resolved. I couldn't fault their service and this was all done for free as we are a not for profit charity.
Although I initially had problems with this organisation when I moved our website over to them to manage. I have since been extremely impressed by their willingness to correct the problems and to work with us to develop our website and the hubs that we have created within the platform. I have to say, I would be really happy to recommend them as they are a genuinely good company who know their stuff, and are generally happy to go the extra mile.
