From start to finish this could not have been made easier.We needed a clean and clear following a family bereavement.Paul and the girls in the office were so helpful and friendly happy to answer any questions we had.We were provided a very reasonable quote and the standard of service was exceptional.The one bedroom flat was cleared and cleaned to the highest standard,with videos along the way showing progress.We are so grateful for all you did for us and would recommend this service to everyone!Thanks for everything,you and your team are amazing

We have used this company multiple times for cleaning hazardous waste from outdoor sites prior to builds. They are always incredibly helpful and do an amazing job.

Great communication from first contact and technician booked in for the same day.

We required removal of human waste in a bin store area, and Matrix came to our rescue within an hour. We've had before and after pictures and a call from the technician to advise all had been completed. Would happily use Matrix again without hesitation.

We needed help asap to sort out a whole flat, following very traumatic circumstances, and Matrix were brilliant - we spoke to someone in the evening and they sorted things out for us the following day, at a much cheaper price too than other companies who could not come out so quickly.It was also really helpful that most contact was through Whatsapp so could sort out without spending ages on the phone, and they kept us informed of arrival time etc.

Ben and Lel did a fantastic job so thank you all very much! We hope we never have to use such services again but if we ever do we would come straight back to Matrix and not bother with anyone else.

My elderly father had an accident in his sheltered home, I picked up the phone to Amy who was very understanding. I was doing this 200 miles away whilst talking to Dad and Matrix. Within an hour of the initial call, Anthony and Craig were at Dad’s and sorted the whole thing out, cleaned up the mess, professionally cleaned the carpets and took all the soiled items away. I cannot thank the Matrix team enough, professional and speedy.

we required a service to come in due to my brother was deceased in my parents property, My parents who had to move out and still had there personal belonging's in the house. I spoken and telephoned Amy who assisted with the service and in depth what to expect that would be undertaken knowing we never had to deal with this situation before. Amy was very compassionate, caring, kind and understanding and given dignity and respect at all times knowing how sensitive this was to me as it was so recent.
We accepted the service and it was booked I was very reluctant that a company was going in to my parents property knowing there was no supervision by me. I did not know if and what my parents had valuables laying around in the property and just had to go on trust, but had to leave it the Matrix hands. I gave the keys to two guys Ben and Chris who were just amazing and very reassuring when I met them and again with passion, empathy dignity and respect and kind.
I received a phone call from Ben to let me know they found some money in between them cleaning he also took pictures of the money too.
They cleaned the place amazingly.
The reason i put the history of the service is to be reassured that these guys can be trusted with your property alone and do respect the items weather its for the deceased or the leaving in my case it was for both.
These people had nothing but respect and the honesty and trust, the two guys could have taken this money and not even mentioned it and i would not have known.
I have great respect for these people as never known a company who has so much empathy, Dignity, Honesty and respect I would highly recommend them without a doubt. well done to everyone and thank you for helping us in such a traumatised time. Thank you

Ben did a deep clean on my mums bathroom, as well as cleaning her kitchen floor and worktops. He did a great job with the upmost respect. He was polite and kept us informed about what he was doing at all stages.

Ben was amazing, on site, easy to communicate and the job was done in a good time to a very high standard!

I cannot compliment Ben and Lel enough for the trojan work they did on my friend’s flat. They worked tirelessly without even stopping for a lunch break. What a transformation. Lovely guys as well. Definitely well worth the money. Highly recommended and I am extremely hard to please lol. They did way more than expected completely without judgement. They also respected the fact that the two cats had to be kept in and, as such, they made sure that they were separated from any dangerous chemicals and contained behind closed doors when necessary. Can’t really say much more! Thank you Ben and Lel and thank you Matrix.👍

We can't praise the team enough from the beginning to the end they are professional and they couldn't do enough for us.the boys on site really went the extra mile and even work well into the night to get the job done and ready to open the following day .I highly recommend Matrix abd will definitely be using them again .well done team

After my twin brother committed suicide with a purposeful heroin overdose it was 8 / 10
Weeks before he was discovered, he had decomposed on the couch and onto and all over the floor
As you could imagine it looked like the house of horrors
I never thought I’d ever be Able to make it sellable
Until I contacted matrix
They not only cleaned up the bio hazard mess but disposed of the left over drug paraphernalia left behind needless ect
And ontop of that they also emptied out the entire contents of the house even going the extra mile to empty the loft then Hoover and clean all the carpets
I can’t Thank mark and Steve enough for all their hard work and leaving the house with a nice refreshing smell and new lease of life
I can now sell the family home and settle my late mothers estate

Stephen came to remove a bed that a family member had passed away on, he was professional, non judgmental & discreet bringing it out, he answered any questions we had & very sympathetic under the circumstances with us, would highly recommend this service/company thanks again Stephen

Ben and colleague were professional right from the get go. They arrived on time (with arrival status updates ) and handled the rather gruesome task with diplomacy, professional and candour. The task was hoarder flat clearance and they were fast with high energy despite the 30’C heat.

We had a serious rat problem in our kitchen, and after weeks of inaction from the landlord and agency, we contacted Matrix for biohazard cleaning. Their price was fair, and Ben, who handled the job, was really amazing!! friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He stayed longer than expected and did a perfect job. Highly recommended.
