Before I even signed the contract Rebecca was supportive, helpful, responsive and super easy to communicate with. The team were efficient and responsive throughout the whole process. Rebecca broke everything down for me, explained what I needed to do and answered any questions I had. Overall a very positive experience and would recommend 100% QCG.

As a first home buyer, there is a lot more involved then I first thought, however Rebecca helped to explain the processes and legalities in plain text. They put our needs first and made sure we weren’t given a bad deal. They protected our financial interest and regularly contacted us through each step quickly and professionally. Affordable prices and have the option to get extras searchers if needed.

Rebecca was fantastic. Through a lengthy and often delayed settlement due to our bank not being ready, Rebecca was always protecting our interests and kept pressure on the bank to be accountable. She kept us updated and was always available if we had questions.

Worst experience ever selling a house. From the time I signed the retainer it went down hill. Here is a 104 question Questionaire to fill in. Sort help and was told just write No or NA if I don't understand. The low point was when I was advised I needed to get a form witnessed an I would need to go to a JP or a Solicitor. I thought I had hired a solicitor. The never present Shawn, who I think doesn't reside in Townsville, means the only person you can talk to is Rebecca the assistant. Rebecca I found to be unhelpful, didn't give accurate responses to direct email questions and chastised me for doing what she requested I do. The so called local office is a building where you can hire a cubicle by the month. Enough said.

Very knowledgeable and thorough with their research. Ready to answer as many questions as you may have regarding the process. A very good experience overall. Highly recommended!
