I ordered 2 face mask since may till…

I ordered 2 face mask since may till date and I've not received it ,and no one has emailed or called my cell phone number I provided to update me on the current status of my order,meanwhile I fully payed for the mask I ordered ,QIAN25302 that's my order number in case theres any help out here for me .thanks

Does not keep to timelines

I ordered for some masks online and made payment. It is now 10 weeks yet I have not seen the items. I have written several mails and the kept on asking me to be patient. This is a terrible way to do business. I am not sure I will ever do business with them.

The masks are really cool

The masks are really cool, and even have the sliders to size them a little better. The only problem I had was I wasn't able to use the tracking link, but that could have been my phone.

Face masks

I received my masks early in time. Very satisfying and comfortable with the adjustable ear fastenings, and the filter pocket. Although I miss a nose fit piece. This would make it even more comfortable... and much better!

Very comfortable

Very comfortable and soft material. It does look like the image. And I think it's a pretty nice price. The delivery time was good too, despite the delays with the postal service.
