Item (face mask) received promptly. Unfortunately promoted as 'one size fits all' and mask is too small to be comfortably worn.

I want my refund couse the company sent me M size mask when its add stay that is "one size". I recieved a email from the company representative Mr. Riley that there's no refund ( add said full refund) and I can get only 20% of it and donate my masks. I just want my money back or send L size mask. It's taking to much time to deal with it.

Eye guard doesn't have anything in its frame so you can wrap it around the face, only on the bridge of the nose.

Very poor quality. Had to re-sew several that I bought. Ear elastic VERY short. Had to replace for husband & son. Definitely not as shown on website. Will not order any more from this site.

I do not have anything wrong to say, only that they are not fit really good to my face. ( a bit to small )

Ordered and paid for masks six weeks still no sign of them. Have approached them several times and they keep saying be patient.

Masks were to small. Wouldn't not reach around the back of my head. Pretty useless for what I paid for.

I was so surprised juat how quick the order arrived from the US to Australia. When I placed the order it said upto 3 months, so I ordered some interim facing coverings to get me through. The order arrived 1 day after the local order. Super quick dispatch. Very impressed Nd I think I'll place.more orders.

The product is good as i thought, but the waiting time that I payed extra for (express)was very poor. There is NO way you can blame covid for delay or hold up. I could see the package sitting in Syd for over a week. I would understand if express post took the full 7days coz of covid. I should of just ticked normal delivey. & be understanding. Mind you I've had other packages ordered after this one & all recived way ealier. (17 days is over the top)
