I was struggling online getting insurance for the first time, I was recommended Qdos.
Their website was so much easier to use but I was still a little daunted.
I received a phone call from Harlie Mckeown to follow up my enquiry.

She was absolutely fantastic, I breifed her I would be asking really basic questions as this was all new to me. She saw me through, gave me time to think and a follow up call completed the insurance purchase.

Seldom I spend money on things like this and feel positive let alone spend time writing a review, however on this occasion the fantastic service She gave, warranted some of my time to write this.

I had an insurance renewal quote through that I wasn't comfortable with, but Harlie called, discussed with me, understood my business needs and situation, and agreed with a policy and premium that we were both happy with. - Harlie was very professional and efficient to deal with.
I've used QDOS for many years and providing they continue to understand their individual clients and business needs, I will continue to do so.

Spoke with Harlie over the phone today she sorted
it all out , very professional always asking if I understood the fancy words & taking her time to ensure I was happy with everything . It only took 5 mins from start to finish.

I attempted to renew on line but that failed to unknown reasons, so had to call knowing that all the legal bits had to be read to me. Dreading it I plunged in. However, the experience was wholly emoliated by Kaisey Higgott, who was highly professional and engaging whilst going through the turgid legal motions. Kaisey’s personal 5 stars has taken this whole review from 1 star to 3.

Very good experience with QDOS staff, managed to apply a discount to my renewal.

Initially dealt with via chat, Harlie was very efficient. Passed me onto a colleague who called me whilst myself and Harlie were still ending our chat. Hannah was ver personable and efficient, taking payment for a service, outlining the timelines and providing a contact email for the team who would be delivering the service. I haven't had the review yet, but everything has been efficient so far.

Excellent service from Harlie. When investigating a query about my policy she spotted a more general issue about my coverage and had it resolved within a few hours.

I ended up taking out professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance. Friendly service from Account Manager Kaisey Higgott from initial enquire to taking out the policy. Very patient as well.
