Restarurant dont know anything , Pyszne PL push you contact with restaurant and you as as an idiot searching the truth 3 hours with no food and no money.

Does it worth for your own money? I paid not for searching my food by my self, why do i need someone in a middle?

I've used it several times and the delivery was always delayed both wrt the estimated time of delivery they display for a restaurant and the predicted delivery time. Low customer service standards, I do not recommend them.
And stop telling me about 'average time'. For my last order, the waiting time as listed on your site was "25 - 50 minutes". 'Average' of that is 37.5 minutes, not 90.
And I'm not talking about just one time the order food coming a little late, I'm taking about YOUR ORDERS ALWAYS BEING LATE with respect to all sorts of time estimates.

Literally ordered nearly 3 hours ago , food didn’t come don’t order they are scammers and food will not come , they will take your money and issue no refund , fuming

Ridiculous experience with this app. Pyszne.pl has a big problem with restaurants verification . It's sad .

Very poor experience. I have sent them the message below: "It was advised by your website that delivery would be within 35-60 minutes. After I placed the order, I received confirmation that the order will be delivered within 30-65 minutes. A moment ago, the delivery time at the tracking on your website says 16:06... This is 1 hour and 50 minutes... I have called the restaurant and they said the food can be ready right away but they don't know when the delivery person will go to pick it up...! As I can't wait, I want to cancel the order and go to collect it myself. Please contact me immediately. Thanks.".
Their reply (Kacper) was the typical excuse that it's the restaurant's fault and they can do nothing about it... I went myself at the Restaurant (7-8 min. by car) and picked up the order at 15:40. There was no Pyszne courier waiting for my food... I have sent another message saying that I wasn't happy for their service and I would expect them to return the 9 pln service charge... (as they hadn't provided any service to me...). They closed the case and they didn't even answer my message. This is an example of how NOT to provide service.

Ordered from Krowa na Szlaku in Krakow. Order arrived. Was a burger. The bun was easily 10 days old! You could use it as a brick! Worst experience ever. I am expecting a full refund for this and you can come and collect this. An animal wouldn't eat this.

Estimated time of delivery is almost never maching to the real world. On website before you order sugested time is 20-40min, and after you place the order now it is about 90 min, and there is no way back, money was send so i have to starve for extra hour. thanks.....

I do not recommend ordering 4 you 4 family in Łódź. They do not deliver food at time confirmed in the app!!!

Again the same, but even worse: there is no a time when I do not meet the issue with delivery. I was trying to explain the way to the courier how he had to get my building, but the courier just repeated that he does not understand anything and just ended the call. Why such situational happened, when courier's are rude and can not use even google maps!!! And of course no delivery of my order Order #IGGQGM!!! The courier is lying, he is not near my building, and no one ring at my door!!!
The order now seems as delivered however I did not get it!!! I do not have positive experience with your delivery!!! Return my money back and I will put a complaint for such cheating!!! Update 24May24: it seems that pyszne pl just does not read the text in emails and just. repeat the same, not trying to resolve the case . That is reply that aid received today from pyszne pl: “Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund due to a lack of consent from the person supervising the facility. Also, our courier tried to make contact with you by calling you.“ Therefore pyszne pl just cheating the clients, and I suppose the only way to resolve this will be a submission of the claim to court. And I can see from the reviews posted here that a lot of people are cheated in the same way.

They cheating on people . Don’t order from it . Order twice give same phone number and second time they didn’t delivery my food saying that phone number was incorrect . Ask for money back they said they can’t as phone number wrong .

I didn't receive my order but only the annotation that it's delivered... Unbelievable. Pyszne pl refused to help me.

No delivery.

When I wasn't able to pickup the phone for few minutes the driver left and didn't leave the order at me door. The Pyszne.pl support refused to refund my order, justifying it by the fact that the delivery guy tried to contact me.

The situation in which I don't get me delivery and the order is not refunded is unacceptable. This is the last time I have used this delivery service.

Most useless and unprofessional app , dont use for buying anything

I order 2 pizza and one salad , 115 pln , one hour waiting , driver was intoxicated with alcohol , pizza was ice cold and salad no meat , was not given any galic bread ( as described ) burrata was ok , pizza sauce and dough terrible , garlic was bitter paste spread all over it , tomato acid , really bad quality and rubbish . People don’t order from this poison pizzeria , I am Italian Chef from Italy , it’s shame and scam to serve something like this ….. Che Schifo
