Courier insulted me
Courier insulted me at my door — Wolt refused full refund
The courier couldn’t find the entrance to my building. I went outside to help him — and he insulted me multiple times. I felt unsafe at my own door.
On top of that, he had no thermal bag and was carrying the food on the car seat. The food arrived completely cold.
I reported everything to Wolt support. They confirmed the courier received feedback — but refused a full refund, offering only 20% despite the seriousness of what happened.
This is unacceptable. A courier who insults customers is a safety issue, not a delivery delay. Wolt’s compensation policy does not reflect that.
Would not recommend.
