Im a housing association tenant (NHG) in W11. In march (yes 9 mths ago) I asked for pest control to come out to deal with a mouse problem I couldn't deal with myself. After numerous emails, telephone calls, call outs, disastrous fixes that made things worse I decided to get the job done myself and contacted pyrofox (they came highly recommended). OMG I cannot believe its all been sorted in the space of a few days. And done properly! For the first time in 9 mths I'm sitting in my living room without mice running around...I cannot tell you how happy I am. The guy who came around to do the initial visit and works was polite, on time and very respectful. And he tidied up beautifully!
NB still waiting for NHG to get in touch so I can give them the invoice and deduct from my rent. I shouldn't have had to do this...but thank god pyrofox were able to resolve the problem!!!

We live in Hammersmith and started suffering from bites and found evidence of bedbugs. We are older and have quite a cluttered house but the council were no help at all and although they provide a service at cost, they would not offer a consultation beforehand.

Several repeat visits were included and they were thoroughly professional, efficient and detailed in their processes. They also give a guarantee should the little blighters reappear!
