This is a SCAM!

Don't buy anything from this company, they just steal your money.
In March 2024 i ordered a z20 pro and an extra battery. They send it to a wrong address and I had an email correspondence with them about sending it to the correct address. They never informed me about anything and the bike never came, so at last I claimed my money back.
Every time I email with them, over the last 3 month, they write that my money will be back on my account within 48 hours, but they never come.
So they are just a bunch of thieves and swindlers.

It's been 72 hours since pvybike answered here and I immediately wrote an email to them, even though they write they will handle the email within 24 hours, they have not. So don't believe in them.

After some email communication a month ago, I gave them info to pay my money back. They promised to do so within 24 hours. But as all the other times, they do not pay anything.
So once again they are just a bunch of criminals.
DON'T buy anything from them, you will only regret you did.

Ridiculous waiting times

Absolutely ridiculous the amount of time that you have to wait for a bike delivery. Just like one of the users reported, I made a purchase for a LIBON back at the end of May and it was a carbon copy situation of what was said: mentions of delays, that it will come soon then further delayed to early August. After no updates whatsoever, I had to reach out for an update and was told this week it would reach the European warehouse but upon checking the LIBON page on their website, now it says it will arrive in September. What an absolute joke after paying more than £1k for the product. I have requested a refund now but seeing what other users report, this might be another battle just to get my money back.

I was really looking forward to getting this ebike but my God does their logistics leave a lot to be desired.

I've bought 3 bikes (PVY Libon) from pvybike.com
The bikes are great, met all our expectations.
There were some logistic problems due to Suez Canal crisis, but the bikes have finally arrived in perfect condition.
The customer service was extremely helpful and answered all the questions and concerns.
Although, it wasn't the best buying experience, but I can't blame pvybike.com for that, because the problems were external, and as I mentioned, I had customer service support all the time - they don't ignore you!

The WORST customer service I’ve ever…

The WORST customer service I’ve ever received from a company. It’s a complete non sense of emails back and forth replying the same thing over and over again. Arguing for 2 months requesting a refund for a faulty bike that broke after only 2 months (Manufactor fault). Now they finally agreed to a refund with a “deduction fee”… And it’s now the argument of getting it, it’s been a month and all they say is coming within 2 days.
I do not recommend to buy from this company from China, that makes it look like it’s an UK company.

PVY Z20 Plus 1000

A couple of weeks ago I bought my first e-bike from PVY, a Z20 Plus 1000 in Matt Grey, the reason I bought one is that while on holiday I saw one, also in Matt Grey, it looked great, seen lots of e-bikes around where I live, but hadn’t seen one like this, so I had to ask the owner about it, he was really praising it up, it looked so well made, and.... just beautiful. When I got home I looked on the Internet about them. I found the company, and took the plunge and bought one, and it had £30 off, anyway it came in less than a week, it was reasonable ok to build it up, quite straightforward, I was really impressed with the build quality. It's my first ebike so it took a while to fathom the settings, I was about ready for a test drive, but the UK weather was rubbish, and I wasn't taking it out for its first ride in the wet, then we had a lovely lovely day, so out I went. It rode lovely, so solid and comfortable, I experimented with the fork settings, and decided to lock them for where I was riding it, on a flat road. I'm still experimenting with the settings, my first ride over and I really love it, and couldn't have chose a better ebike, I was so lucky to be able to see one in the flesh on holiday to make me decide, and it's a great bike, that’s only my first short ride, 3 miles, and was very chuffed, but have got to play about with settings a lot yet. Going from a normal Mountain bike to an e-bike, you wouldn’t think it would be a problem, but want to get the best out of the settings to make it the best e-bike ride experience for me, hope it’ll last me years.
Can I just say that I am really picky! I try and find fault with stuff, this PVY Z20 1000 Plus is Very Good!,

Do not buy - never delivered in 2 months

Do not buy! Feels like a scam I spent over £800 on their website for a bike and accessories on 18th May, and all I got so far is excuses in broken English. I'm demanding a full refund now, but they make it very difficult so I'm calling my bank now try to get the money back - it's a scam!

WARNING!!! Fake CE EN 15194 Certificate

I bought a PVY Z20 Max, when I received it I found that there were no details of the Manufacturing Certificate under the CE EN 15194 directives, after several complaints they sent me the CE certificate issued by the UDEM company (from Turkey) registered under the number M.2020.206.C6631
, I tried to verify it on the website udem.com.tr without success because it was not registered for PVY, after which I contacted UDEM and they confirmed that the certificate was FALSE, that the certificate corresponded to another brand of bicycles and of course to other models. I asked PVY to return my money, and they washed their hands of the matter.

Not the best start within two weeks the control unit burnt out and pvy customer support next to useless
I’m having to pay out of my own money to have it fixed and considering I paid pvy over £1200 and waited weeks for delivery I think you could say this was not one of my best purchases

Scam of the year of PVY libon

PVY has the worst possible customer service I have experienced till date in any business whatsoever.
I have reserved PVY Libon, on the 1st of April with a 50 Euro advance so that when it is released, I get a secret Super early bird price. A week later, it was released and the specs were also revealed with a 50Nm torque and 500W motor. I paid the rest of the amount on 8th April, and got my order booked in. Delivery date Early May. Meaning, in 4 weeks.

After Early May came in, no response from PVY who are only accessible through a Facebook group with multiple fake IDs with fake profile pictures often communicating with incomprehensible broken English and often being unaware about their own bike specs.

Middle of May, under pressure, they made up this drama that the shipment has been done in time but due to attacks on red sea by pirates, the ship has to take a longer trip and it's delayed delivery to end of may, or Early June. Another 4 weeks gone, and again no contact from PVY fake IDs. After pressure from the people in the group and threatened of filing legal complaints with police, PVY now makes up another story all of a sudden.

Now they are saying that there are two variants of the bike (CE AND International) and the International variant package has been halted for customs inspection so everyone who ordered that one has to wait till end of July (another 6-8 weeks) or early August for delivery.

They gave an option to switch to CE variant which has a weaker motor and a lesser torque (250 W and 25Nm) for the same price. What an absolute mockery of a deal after holding our money for nearly 2 months a few weeks now.

Many people asked for refunds same as me, and many people who trusted them a third time were a given a BS tracking number which theybsre holding on to with their dear life, and still no signs of delivery anytime soon ( I expect another 3 weeks to the least).

This has been my experience with PVY and if you want empty promises made by complete joke of a management with mediocre poor quality bikes, go for it. My advice, don't try to save a few bucks ordering this and going through the frar of losing your money and getting scammed every step.

I have been offered no compensation whatsoever for trusting them since early April and them holding my money for 2 months

Looks like a total scam. Don’t buy anything.

I placed an order on May 24th with expected delivery 5-7 days. I paid with ApplePay, my card was charged, I received an order confirmation and the invoice. For more than 3 weeks the order status was „awaiting shipment” so finally I’ve send an email asking for an update. No response. I asked again.

Then I received a strange response from Pvybike that that have “automatic system alert” that my order is at risk and my credit card was stolen. They also asked for a photocopy of my credit card and last 6 digits of card numbers. I’ve send them a legally binding transaction confirmation from my bank and asked for more explanation (my bank was not aware of any “automatic system alert”) but no response since then.

It’s extremely suspicious and looks like scam. If they had any issue with the payment why they didn’t ask immediately but waited until I reached them? Why to ask for the picture of my credit card? Looks like I was just robbed.

My advise: don’t buy anything from this company.

Don’t Buy!!!

Unfortunately, my experience with PVY Bike has been extremely disappointing. I placed an order that was supposed to be delivered quickly via Fercam S.p.A. The shipment (number O2402171842) was marked as out for delivery for weeks, but it never arrived. Despite numerous attempts to contact both PVY Bike and the courier, without success, the package was eventually returned to the sender.

Even though the package has been returned, PVY Bike has not yet issued my refund, despite multiple requests. This incident has caused me not only stress and a loss of time but also significant financial and reputational damage. I absolutely do not recommend PVY Bike to anyone, as their handling of shipments and customer service has been terrible. I hope others can avoid having the same bad experience.

Dishonest and poor customer service.

Ordered the bike to be sent to my address in Spain, Item still has not arrived and item ordered in January,

Just get a load of brush off emails saying they are waiting to hear back from there shipping company on the return of the item,

Have opened a dispute with my Bank, but they will not confirm the item has not been delivered,

Total joke of a process they wanted me to cancel the chargeback so they would look at the problem.

Thank you for the reply, to confirm I still have not received any refund, my bank is still in the process of carrying out a change back, you have provided false evidence as part of this process with my bank, it shows the dishonest front to your business and poor lack of customer service and communication. You can still do the right thing and complete the refund knowing the item was never delivered.

They spend more on marketing than quality control and fixing faults

The bike was good, very good, for 3 months.
So I thought.
Until the power started to cut out going up a slight incline after maybe 15 minutes riding on the flat.
Clearly a fault somewhere.
2 months later after many emails, videos and photos I still have a bike that does not work.
They said that a new display would fix the problem. So I waited 5 weeks for the part to come from China. When I changed it over exactly the same thing happened. Going up a small gradient the bike's power cuts out as before.
To me it seems that now asking for a small amount of extra power causes the whole bike to shut down.
Customer service have been useless, insisting that I am forcing the bike to climb uphill on very steep gradients for a long period of time and that it's my fault.
They may come back to me with another solution or replacement part but I really do have my doubts!
I am quite prepared to alter my rating if they do something to fix the problem.
Otherwise, I have lost 700 euro and would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.

Best customer support I ever had

Issues happens, no matter how much you spend on a product or where you buy it.
What matters is how a Company deals with customers when those issues occur.
I bought a PVY Z20 Pro few months ago from the PVY website. Really happy with the product. Unfortunately after having the bike for a while I started having issues with the motor. I engaged with the Customer support, via Whatsapp. Sent videos and pictures, always getting responses in timely manner.
At some point the conversations via Whatsapp stopped (no idea why but some technical issues). PVY customer support, by their own initiative, contacted me via email, concerned that I was not responding to Whatsapp anymore!
They sent me replacement parts without any push nor arguments, until the issue was resolved.
Really impressed!

I have written a review 2 times on their website as well but they have never published it, because has been with a bad review with 1 star. This tells me how professional they are.
Saying that, I bought the bike back in March and delivery times were fine. The bike also looks fine (very heavy though compared to other folding e-bikes).
When I started riding the bike and after 11Km, the battery sign on the display had already gone half (the battery sign has 4 bars, therefore after 11Km it was already sitting at 2 bars), although I had fully charged the battery, whereas on their website they advertise 50-80Km with a full charge. I do ride in UK, where roads are perfectly fine and 95% of the road I drive is flat.
I contacted their customer service highlighting the issue with the battery, and has been more than a month going back and forth with emails.
After a month of email drama, they concluded that their engineers had found out the battery is fine as per their test. I wonder how the hell does the engineer know better then the actual bike rider. I have asked them for a replacement battery, however they refuse to accept that the battery is defective, which can happen.

Good folding e-bike for price. Poor video and assembly instructions lowers my rating

Pros: Delivered on time. Solid and seems well-constructed. Everything works fine so far. Nice wide tyres and suspension. Unusual speed range limiter and not different modes (eg eco, speed etc) like most e-bikes. Easy to fold/unfold after practice. Eats up the miles.
Cons: Video on website on how to assemble was different to bike received. No explanation of how to assemble handlebar and took time to align and assemble. Knurled nut crucial for steering assembly was hidden in polystyrene packaging and could easily be thrown away. Needs better updated videos for different assembly methods. Brakes only ok but may need adjusting.

The z20 plus 1000 is Very heavy ( so be mindful of the weight before buying) bike, but very strong and fast 1000w. Customer service is not the best can be better. My bike arrived in UK 🇬🇧 after 1 week of ordering. I still cycle to work everyday and enjoy it

A few logistics problems, holidays etc but PVY communication was always prompt and positive.
