Puzzles Galore Reviews

Scrabble Duplicate is an excellent variation on conventional Scrabble but the board, tiles and individual white boards and dry erase pens are extremely disappointing. The dry erase pens are not, in use with these boards, dry erase. I would have paid more to get a better made set. Part of the pleasure of playing a physical board game is handling well-made components.

Really great range of puzzles in lots of different styles and sizes. The service was really good and my parcel arrived quickly and well packaged. I will definitely be shopping with this company again.

What irony to ask for my experience. I haven’t received the puzzle

Great selection, easy to order, goods well packaged, quick delivery.

Received tracking information for my delivery 12 days ago & I still havent received it. Fobbed off by saying 'issues with royal mail' - I've had numerous deliveries with royal mail recently and nothing has been delayed.

I haven’t received my order which was intended as a Christmas gift.

Easy ordering, great delivery and a huge selection of puzzles, something for everyone

Really nice quality product, quickly delivered and at a great price. Thanks Christmas made easy!

Can't wait for it to arrive and start it

I accidently duplicated an order. Rather than 'Puzzles Galore' emailing me about this in order to confirm things, they just sent me the two identical orders. This was even though I realised my mistake and emailed them straight away to only send me one order. Of course, they ignored this. Not happy. Poor service.

Easy to use website. Prompt delivery and well packaged so boxes arrived in perfect condition. I recommend this company.

I am impressed with the sheer variety of puzzles offered. The puzzles are competitively priced, of good quality, and delivery was swift and trouble free.

Fast delivery and packed well.

I have purchased puzzles before from puzzles galore but this was the first time I ordered damaged boxes. Well they have just arrived and I can't find anything wrong with any of them. Will be continuing ordering in the future.

Quick service.

I love this store. I've always had a great experience. Customer service is excellent. Prices are reasonable and they have a good collection of new and pre-orders. Highly recommend!

Fantastic new puzzle

Great choice of puzzles and quick delivery. Very pleased and will visit the website again!

Fantastic puzzle, will definitely look at buying more puzzles

Wouldn't deal with anyone else. Always get a prompt reply to any queries. Always kept up to date with any new releases. Wish other companies were as good
