Ordering was easy and delivery to me was very quick, however there was a big problem and that was with the delivery company you use APC, I ordered two boxes, one to me and one to my son in South Wales, in fact I ordered them on different days but they didn't deliver his till two days after mine and it took a lot of chasing around to find out what was happening, so 5 stars to you but only 3 for them.
Oh and the beer tastes amazing

Lovely friendly & helpful staff. I received the wrong items on an online order but it was immediately replaced with the correct one & I was told to keep the wrong item as a goodwill gesture. I’ve visited the shop in person as well. Highly recommend for customer service. I haven’t had the beer personally but the person I bought it for enjoyed it

Beers, glasses, merch ... all high quality. Delivery is excellent, even when the recent box arrived battered the glasses were so well packaged they survived unscathed.

I placed my order on a Sunday evening. I was expecting the parcel between Wednesday at the earliest and Friday. The website clearly states 48 hours I thought the order would be looked at on the Monday and then whenever it was processed. I was delighted when my order was delivered on the Tuesday. Thank you very much.

Excellent selection of beers with quick delivery

The beers are great and so is the delivery! Love the shop too and have a Purple Moose wine glass and beer glass too! Seems to be a standard present in our family now. Diolch yn fawr!

Brought the product no follow up to tell you when you will receive the product still waiting now after ordering 3 weeks ago I'm in Nottingham and they are in Wales 200 miles away won't be ordering again
