The Fragrance Lamps Boxes were wrapped in
"bubble wrap" and than placed in a bigger box filled with "styro foam" so the items were in perfect condition when they arrived !!!

Queries are answered promptly. Staff are helpful. I think the delivery times should be easier to find and clearer. Brought items as gifts and not easy to work out when they’ll arrive.
Price OK but not a bargain, candles are as would expect from shearer very nice fragrant, as a regular with frankinsence and mryh cancels disappointed with the burn on this one as it left quite a stub. Will look to reuse it somehow as the smell is famtastic.
