From day one I can say with certainty that they take customer service and communication was out of this world.Both of them supported us throughout the entire journey, keeping us informed at every step. What I appreciated most was their reliability. If I called for an update and they were unavailable, I was promised a call back, and that promise was always kept.

It was a smooth process getting our mortgage through Mark, he really did well. Communication is very good as well. He was really patient and understanding. However , we asked for 2 years but he secured 5 years for us which was not easy to change anymore due to increase in interest rate. But overall, we are happy and grateful.
