After leaving the company had my final bill, rang up as there were additional charges on it which did not make sense to me at all. The lady I spoke to was rude, unapologetic. As a person whos worked in this industry for a number of years, I will be looking at my options, this bill included a 5 cent donation to a charity, whilst I dont mind donating to charity, nor am I complaining about the amount it would have been nice to be asked did I want to..

Stuck in a contract with these
Stuck in a contract with these, very high charges and €150.00 to leave. Also last time I spoke to them said they would charge me the difference between normal price and discounted rate as well. Very disappointed.

Cheerful and flexible customer support
Daniel did a great job. The problem lay in the larger system of how orders are handled and he explained that well and with a good understanding of customer frustration. He then offered to try to solve it by expediting the process, and resolved the problem within a matter of minutes. His satisfaction at getting this done was infectious, and really made my day.

Rude agents who wont discuss issues
I have had a satisfying experience with this company in the past and am currently a customer. I tried to set up a new connection for my 93 year old father but Pure Telecom staff and their contractors have become down right rude hanging up the phone on a number of occasions and not prepared to discuss the issues related to the installation.
So, if it not a straight forward connection, don't expect any manners from their service team.
I will be cancelling my account when my contract is up and I will be telling the remainder of my family to do the same after they also connected to Pure Telecom following my previous customer experience.
If its rudeness and bad customer service you want, contact Pure Telecom.

Flawless customer service
So I called pure telecom this evening with an Internet issue and I was super lucky to speak with Rachel ..A Very well mannered and intelligent young lady who solved my problem in record time..A+++ experience.
Kicking myself though that I didn't mention that the speeds can be a little slow...particularly in the evening..I pay for 1000gb but it doesn't get close...

I just called Pure Telecom to renew my contract after 4 or 5 years being with them.
The lady who answered was friendly and chatty and went straight into the deal I could get.
So within 5 minutes of the call I am signed up for another 12 months and still getting great internet speeds and home phone with national and international calls
