I called customer service to cancel my contract after moving address, and I confirmed the cancellation by email the same day. However, the official cancellation date was pushed back by four days.
This was a very straightforward request and a simple query to handle, so I do not understand why I had to call three times just to get clear information regarding the service cease date, billing, and any charges involved in the process.
I was happy with the service overall, the Zyxel modem, and the person who originally sold the service to us. I simply believe that with a little more flexibility and a stronger customer loyalty mindset, the company could do a much better job supporting existing customers.
The people I dealt with were Senia, Nicole, and Rosie. In the end, I reached out to Eoin, who was my original contact and who had previously delivered excellent service to us.

As a person whos worked in this industry for a number of years, I will be looking at my options, this bill included a 5 cent donation to a charity, whilst I dont mind donating to charity, nor am I complaining about the amount it would have been nice to be asked did I want to..
