Guy please be careful there product from chaina when you order it take at leaset 3 weeks for delivery and shoes is poor quality, don’t trust the reviews on there website it all cred by ai

Timely delivery; frequent eta updates; good quality, comfortable products

Bought a pair of Purestep shoes about a month ago now, took a while to arrive as they were shipped from China I think. Didn’t find the shoes that comfortable only wore them in the house with all the labels still attached, ask to send them back as website said you had 30 days to do so, got multiple options to pay more to get another pair at heavy discount, I insisted on a refund the only way to get money back was for me to send the shoes back to China and they had to arrive within 14 days and I needed to cover the postage to China. It seemed like too much effort and cost to be worth while, I would honestly say this company is a total scam I would stay clear of it.

Missold goods not fit for purpose
Advert says shoes can be worn on wet cobble but had holes in the bottom. They claimed they were amphibious! A lot of emails back and forth. Eventually I got advise from trading standards. When I did what they said - my money was refunded

The shoes are great. But the delivery experience was painful. The first courier, Relay, communicated badly and failed to even attempt to deliver my shoes before cancelling the order, with no way of communicating with them. My complaint to Surestep was initially dealt with by a robot (pretending to be a human) that replied to my initial emails, asking me for information I'd already provided in my initial complaint. Thankfully, a human stepped in and responded positively. The order was re-shipped and the second courier was far more proactive. But, in all, it took 23 days from my initial order to actual delivery, which meant I didn't have my shoes in time to take on the trip I'd purposefully bought them for.

The shoes are really comfortable but are so different to anything I've ever had. I am 75 yrs old and I'm having problems with balance. This has also affected my gait when walking. I find it hard to walk in a straight line. I have begun wearing the purestep shoes indoors and have felt a slight improvement. I'm sure, over time, I will feel more confident. They look really big when I look down and do take some getting used to. I need to persevere

I highly recommend Purestep barefoot shoes. After a serious illness and 5 months in hospital I've been struggling with 'dropfoot' and an uneven gait. For the passed 4 years I've not been able to find a pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in or to stand for any length of time. I tried flats, extra wide, orthotic shoes and various insoles but still suffered with foot, ankle and lower back pain.
A friend suggested trying barefoot shoes so I did a bit of 'googling' and having read the reviews about a few different companies, I decided on Purestep. They seemed to have a good choice of styles for various activities and all at a great price and quality. I bought 1 pair at first to see if they'd suit my needs. They were delivered in a few days and even came with their own canvas storage bag which is great for carrying a spare pair or for packing them in a suitcase. I wore them all day, every day for 3 weeks. They are the most comfortable pair of shoes I have ever worn. I even wore them to a music festival and had to walk nearly 2 miles from the car over rough paths. They were amazing, it's been such a long time since I've been able to walk that distance let alone walk and stand around on a festival site, I even wore them on stage during my performance! I have since bought another 2 pairs for myself and I've ordered a pair for my husband. I've had no back pain or foot|ankle pain since I I've been wearing my Purestep shoes. Yesterday, I tried wearing my (very expensive) soft leather walking shoes...guess what? By the end of the afternoon I couldn't stand long enough to prepare dinner because of the pain, especially in my lower back.
It's back to the barefoot shoes from now on. I feel more grounded, stable and confident when I'm on my feet. Thank you Purestep. 😊

Great product good price delivery could be quicker

Pure step shoes fit my feet perfectly, I find them comfortable, they arrived quickly and I was kept informed of delivery stages.

For the price, everything is good value

Not UK based so I'll fitting shoes, need to be returned to China at your own cost within 14 days or you won't be refunded. Dubious quality and chemical smell prevents me from participating any further in puresteps adventure. Great if it goes right and everything fits. Stuck if not. Buyer beware!

The product is very good and looks great. Don't know if it makes a massive difference to my overall health as it states it can achieve by wearing the insoles.

Wonderfully comfortable but not a bit waterproof like they claim. I’d wear them all the time if it’s not raining.
