Lee from Pure Quartz provided an amazing service from start to finish. The choice of quartz available was fantastic - far more than you typically find in large retail stores. The price was also much better, and the overall service was excellent throughout.

Cozzee, who came to measure up and fit the quartz, clearly took great pride in his work. He was friendly, professional, and more than happy to answer any questions and help wherever he could. The fitting itself only took a few hours, and the team were punctual and polite on every visit.

I would highly recommend Pure Quartz to anyone in Kent and beyond looking for high-quality quartz and outstanding customer service.

I recently purchased a worktop from this company, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, everything was handled with professionalism and care.

The quality of the worktop is outstanding — it looks absolutely stunning and has completely transformed the space. The materials feel premium, and the craftsmanship is clearly of a very high standard. You can tell a lot of attention to detail went into making sure everything was finished perfectly.

Pure Quartz is extremely local
To us so seemed like a good choice . Lee is an extremely friendly and helpful man. We took some samples away with us and once we had decided , we went back and secured the order . The templating was done on the Tuesday of the following week and it was fitted on the Friday . So a 3 day turnaround. Very efficient and quick . Also a really good price . Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them

Lee understood our requirements and budget and found a way to get us a result that we are very pleased with at all stages of the process. Responsive, flexible and quartz looks great.

Great service - fast and efficient - there is plenty of choice at the workshop and once you decide the turn around is really quick. We were allowed loads of samples to test in our kitchen to ensure we shose the rightvsurface for our needs and our lighting. Our new worktop looks fabulous and we had offcuts cut to size so remodelling of the rest of the kitchen will match. Thanks

Seemed friendly to begin with, giving 2 stars because they templated on a Tuesday and fitted on the Saturday. Asked for an invoice repeatedly, never got one. Never received a receipt. Payment was made to the supposed director, not Pure Quartz account. Gaps were not sealed, said they would return on Monday, which never took place. Damage was made to a new wall socket.
I have since had a visit, which meant the silicone was added to the edges. I have had an apology, and I have received my receipt, so I no longer have a complaint to make about Pure Quartz.

Second property I’ve used pure quartz & I must say the team are professional from start to finish. Excellent communication & a quick turnaround. Templated & fit 3 days apart, Lee goes out of his way to meet your needs to make sure you get what you want. Highly recommend if you live in Kent pure quartz is the only place your need to go, best price

Cheap for a reason. Unprofessional, had to pay another company to sort out the problems, as they no longer answer calls or reply to messages. Fitter / template guy reeks of alcohol.

From the visit to the showroom to the finished job, we highly recommend anyone to use Pure Quartz. Lee was helpful and informative from the start and made the decision for us to proceed quite easy. It is also worth pointing out that other competitors were quoting us nearly £2,500 more than the price provided by Pure Quartz for less! The guys with the difficult task of templating and installing also did an amazing job and went above and beyond by building us a dining room table and console table with the off cuts at no extra cost, which looks fantastic. Templated on the Tuesday and fitted by the Friday same week. All in all, very happy indeed. Thanks again to you all on a great job!

Awful experience. Contacted Lee to repair some broken quartz. Sent multiple photos. Quoted £400 for repair. Arranged for specialist to attend - waited 2 hours past agreed time for them to arrive and immediate results were AWFUL. Felt under pressure to pay as lone female with two men in empty property, but contacted Lee immediately with concerns. Promised multiple times a return visit to rectify but when tried to arrange, ignored my calls and texts. Lee claims he arranged for one of his 'specialists' to attend privately (and therefore Pure Quartz are not liable) and that they "aren't a repair company" but this was never communicated to me, I have only ever dealt with Lee and they were very happy to take £400 off me despite apparently not being able to do what I asked. So bitterly disappointed - as a professional developer, I have never seen such shoddy results or experienced poor customer service and am now having to take further action. I would AVOID using this company at all costs! Happy to share photos.

At NO POINT during our communication did you say to me that you are not a repair company. Whether this job was done ‘privately’ (as you failed to disclosed) or not, it was still done by your ‘skilled professionals’ which shows what a poor standard of workmanship they think is acceptable.

To clarify: The quartz worksurfaces were not second hand Lee, they were damaged on delivery and the company offered to provide them free of charge, else I wait 4 weeks for a replacement and my project wouldn’t allow that timescale (although given your shoddy workmanship, I wished I’d delayed it) I work extremely hard to provide exceptionally high quality homes for people to live in and the end product speaks for itself. I do not and never have cut corners so please do not attempt to bring my company into disrepute when this has nothing to do with it at all.

If you think this is an acceptable way to communicate Lee and I was a prospective customer reading your response, I would not touch your company with a barge pole. God forbid anyone have an issue with Pure Quartz because this is the type of experience you will have.

An excellent service was provided. Lee and his team did all they could to ensure I was happy with the final product. Prices were very reasonable and there were no hidden extras.

We cannot recommend Pure Quartz enough and will be spreading the word to anyone who needs granite/quartz in the future. The quality and customer care is second to none - thank you guys!
